Hi. I have ordered some 7 products from myntra from which they called it delivered without confirmation. When i talked with a customer support he said he send me a signature mail but i dint receive any mail. I didn't receive any of the products yet. Order numbers are[protected]-3268901,[protected]-1026201,[protected]-1499601,[protected]-78981... Please help.

I have ordered on myntra and paid through debit card i have returned the item but refund of rupees 1979 has not been credited to me since it took more than given time period. i need urgent help.
I ordered a top nd it was supposed to deliver by 14th April nd I called the customer care executive to request if they can deliver early it possible.that guy is telling no myntra doesn't fast delivery this is not acceptable at all something can be done.

I ordered this belt with rs 589 on 27th February 2019, payed through online, and due to some reason had to cancel the order, but I didn't get my refund yet .

I was waiting for response since long time from myntra . But didn't get .

Please look forward and refund my amount.

    I have ordered a headphone from myntra but i have received a used one and there is no option for return in the givee order section it is soo frustrating for me that such a big brand like myntra is disappointing their customers i have never ever faced something like this from mytra i was always being satisfied with it but after all this i just dont feel like to shop anymore from Myntra.My order no is[protected]-2844701.

    Tried purchasing on 31/03/19. Payment timed out and it was cancelled. Amount debited, UPI status was pending but was approved on 4/04/19. Bank exectuives confirmed payment was credited to Myntra but now Myntra is denying the fact and refund is not initiated. I have all proofs of payments, transaction and mini statement. Kindly help me ASAP

      I have an account on myntra.com which i have been using for years. A few days ago someone logged into my myntra account and placed order using myntra credits. Today when i was checking my account i got to know that someone used all of my myntra credit worth inr 3357.

      The hacker logged into my account and then changed the registered no. For which i did not received any information. And later on the hacker placed 5 orders using myntra credits.

        I bought a saree from myntra on 4th april (Order no.[protected] 0557801) and requested a return. The saree did not have any price tag or bar code on it, the outer plastic cover had a supposed bar code. I did not bother to safely keep a plastic covering and misplaced it. Just on the basis of missing outside cover which had the bar code my claim has been declined. The cost of the saree was rs.3495/- and i want the refund. My product is also with them and still i do not have ant solution to it.

        Still no revert from Myntra...I got a formality call but still no mail or action from their side...extremely disappointment.. my saree is also with them...I am totally being fooled...

        Today is day 4 of complaint on this forum and still no revert from Myntra on the status of my refund. I don't have my product with me nor any update on the refund. I am really upset with the customer service of Myntra. This is my last purchase from them also I will ask everyone not to buy from this unethical company.

        Still the matter is not sorted, my refund is not yet initiated...every other day I am following up and all their customer support people do is ask me to wait. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with Myntra. Horrible experience.

        So I get the product back...really pathetic...uninstalled the Myntra app and will never ever buy from them.

          I have placed an order for woman boots but i received pair of boots for same leg (Right leg). When i have lodged request for the same they said they don't have that size. They lodged request for return the item from back-end itself but if they don't have the pair of boots then how can they add to the available items list. This is not my fault. Now i want this item with right pair. This is myntra team fault. They have to manage.

            I had ordered a Nike tracksuit (Men) from Myntra which was priced at 2830 Rs. However upon delivery, I only received the jacket (top) and not the bottom. Spoke to customer care and they advised to raise a return request and raise a new order. Initially the return was processed successfully. After a few weeks I re-ordered the same item from Myntra hoping that it would be delivered as per the product description, however this time the product that I received was no way near to what I had ordered online. First of all I only received the jacket and it was black in colour instead of blue and secondly it had dirt marks all over it. Obviously a cheap duplicate one was delivered and now when I have raised another return request, the customer care have advised me to drop them an email and get the request approved so the return can be processed successfully. My experience with customer service hasn't been pleasing either. Highly dissatisfied with their service and amazed on how they can mess up twice ? Someone has to be answerable !! Hoping they would be able to resolve my issue at the earliest and process my refund at the earliest else I would have no option than to contact the consumer court . Attached herewith are the pictures of the original product that was ordered on Myntra and second pic (black jacket) is the product that has actually been delivered to me by Myntra.

                I have purchased pack of three highlander T-shirts . But I got only one instead of three. I complained to the delivery boy and he advised me to put return with the reason of short shipment. I did the same way. After that we repeatedly got calls from Myntra people and massages also regarding your return will be picked up today. But they did not pick and I repeated complaining to the help center. After a month I got a massage that my return is declined. I have been a regular customer but now I will never order from Myntra and also going to file a case in consumer forum for bluffing and harrasing

                    I am raunak sood and i had placed an order for jbl earphones on myntra and i want to place for a replace of those defective earphones, with all my good conscience i want a delivery guy to come to my door step and replace my product but due to a defect or my own unability to work through your app i am not able to apply for the required replace and not even got the required discount i got billed rs 833 and now response from the myntra team

                    Plz rectify the error and consider this a legal notice from my side, i don't want any court battle but if consumer interests are not protected i will drag this matter to the court. The main defect is that one earphone is not working while the other is.

                      I purchased a product from myntra on 04/02/2019 and it was damaged. I returned back the product immediately but myntra didn't picked up this product, i self shipped this product and also pay rs.350/- delivery charges.
                      Now it's about 2 month and myntra yet not refund my amount, i called so many times and every time they told me we are raising a request please call again with in 2 days and yet they are not providing any refund of my product.

                      This is really so irresponsible behaviour from myntra and i suffered alot for that product and amount also
                      So now i request for my refund amount and also 2 month delay compensation because due to this i faced alot of problems and also i will charge myntra for manhani.

                        Hi, i have placed this order and expected delivery date was 14 th of apr. Now it got changed and your customer care advisor and senior supervisor both rishab and ananya refused to help me out stating the myntra doens't have a complaint process. Also refused to give me twitter and fb page where i can tag my complaint.

                        I need my delivery to be done on 14th of apr. I have proof for the same that it was promised to be delivered on this date. It's mis saling not to deliver the goods on time.

                          I ordered a pair of shoes on 10 april but still didnt delivered by your agent frst i get a text and mail from your side that your pair of shoes was delivered on dated 11th april after waiting till noon it changed to 12th april they say sorry and say to product will be delivered to you nxt day on dated 12th april after waiting on 12th april to 6.00 pm continue following with your delivery agent he said i am coming to 2oclock then he changed the time to 4 o clock the again he said he will come 6oclock on evening but when i call him on 6 he switched off his no. And wasted my all day i suffered my work on sitting and waiting your agent on office and your call centre service they even dont know how to satisfy there customer on grievance call

                            I am writing in reference too my cashback that i haven’t received from myntra.

                            I would like to brief you regarding my matter.

                            I made a transaction of ₹18, 060 on 30th jan, 2019, from my debit card.

                            I purchased 14 items, of which i returned 13 items.

                            Out of the 13 items i haven’t received my cashback for 6 items and the total for the 6 items is ₹11, 317

                            I followed up with myntra regarding the amount which has not been credited.
                            In response to that, they have sent me an email, with the reference number of the credit that they have done in my account.

                            But it’s not showing in my account. I also went to the bank to see my statements. But it’s not showing up.

                            I really seek your help in regards with this. Why the amount has not been credited to my account.

                            I am also attaching the mail from myntra they sent me, for your reference.

                              This is with reference to my recent interaction with a customer care executive (Himanshu) regarding my order.

                              I had ordered a dress from myntra which before placing an order was showing an estimated delivery date of 16th april but after placing the order the estimated delivery date changed to 20th april. I am travelling on 17th april and the dress would be of no use if i get it after 17th.

                              Being a regular customer of myntra, whenever i had faced such a situation in the past i have got in touch with the customer care and have always got very pleasant responses from them.

                              This time i explained the scenario to mr. Himanshu and asked to do anything from his side for the fast processing of the order as the order is still not in shipped status. He said that he has no provisions for that and cannot give any assurance on the product to reach before 17th. I said that i do not need any assurance but request you to do anything you can do from your side to help me.

                              I was highly dissappointed with the response "i cannot help you in this regard. The delivery date is 20th and you will get it before that". I do not need to call the customer care to know my delivery date.

                              I acknowledge the ignorance on his part when i said that this was the worst experience talking to a myntra customer care executive and his response was "sorry for the inconvenience; thank you for calling myntra; have a nice day".

                              I request you to kindly look into the matter so that no customer gets this kind of response in future.

                                It was delivered to me by 12-04-19 as company maximum delivery date... But till now it was not delivered to me on there maximum time... And now they were told to wait till 19-04-19... If they didnt have the ability to delivered the parcel on time then why they were running the business... And also they were not giving there product on cash on delivery... I m not satisfied with myntra services...

                                  I have ordered hrx men casual shoes of cost rs.2099 and made online payment but in order i have received a kid wear t-shirt of cost rs.400. I have registered a complaint against it on 8 april 2019. I am receiving the mails regarding the product pick up but associated agent will not accepting the product and am again and again calling to customer care. They are saying that your complaint is registered don't worry and wait for 72 hours. But now its more than 72 hours and still my complaint is not resolved.

                                      I am anudish jain from gwalior madhya pradesh, i am a loyal customer of myntra from more than 5 years and had a very good experience of shopping from myntra.
                                      But now i am facing much difficulty in return of my adidas trackpant which i bought recently from myntra. As it came without tag and secondly it seems that it was a used product or defected product because it’s elastic on the waist line is stretched and seems like it is of seconds stock.
                                      I immediately informed to all the concerns about the product that i have such kind of issue and only first time it happened with me. The myntra executive have also checked the stuff but i was not getting listened by anybody.
                                      Why?
                                      Am i the black listed customer in myntra? You kindly check the past purchases from my registered mobile number.
                                      This is not the way to deny from the services. Why you are not valuing my payment? I have paid my amount for the new product not for the seconds product.
                                      Either you change the product or refund my money because i am very disheartened from the behaviour and response shown by you.
                                      Otherwise i would have to see the way of consumer form and else it’s the matter of cheating, i will not spare anyone because i have paid for the new stuff not for the old.
                                      My complaint is already registered on customer care

Money has been deducted from my account but product was not ordered. Also had a word with customer care exexutive that money will credit back to my account, which is not yet done. Kindly get my money back because order pricessing was declined and my money stucked at myntra's end.
