I had ordered a herennow kurti from myntra yesterday and was very pleased to receive my product so early today until i opened the package and to my utter surprise, the product that i was given was a roadster jeans..!!! This is the second time i have had this kind of an experience with myntra and i am really really upset by their careless attitude..!!

      Yesterday i have received timex blink health band through your apps. But there has no usb cable, but in your booklet it has mentioned in box. After charging the same, it's not work properly. Even bluetooth is not started n paired with my mobile, time n date has not changed, footstep has not count. Don't know it's working or not. Pls change my delivered product, if you don't have any good product then pls return my money back. Or send some person to demonstrate the same. I require it on urgent basis.

        I have ordered 3 products on 20th March 2019, Order No:[protected]-0431603. I have canceled the products and received a refund for one of the item i.e 797 Rs, but for the remaining 2 items, I haven't received any refund still (i.e. 608Rs and 518Rs). I called myntra support 4 times, even mailed them so many times, but didn't receive any sort of status mail of my refund. Every time I call them for the issue, they would just tell me that within 48 hours I would get a mail about the status but haven't got any mail.

        Please help me in resolving my issue.

          This is about order[protected]-7889001. I had ordered 7 products and out of which only 1 was delivered and that too was wrong product. I got a call from escalation desk (Shivam) on 14th March and he said that the issue has happened in WH and refund will be given. He also said that your complaint was not taken properly earlier and also confirmed that the product was not delivered from your end. He also provided me the reference number. He said you will get a follow up call from myntra but I never received any. Then I called on 19th march and spoke to Ram and he also confirmed that refund is in process. Then on 23rd march, Ananya also confirmed same thing and said there is a bit of delay but it will be refunded. On 25th March, Damodar called me to say that refund is approved and within 3 business days it will reflect in my account. After a couple of hours he called again and said the refund has been declined. Since then there has been no response. All of them said there has been an enquiry in the warehouse about such cases.Are you going to fool around with my money in your bank? Do you even care about your customers at all? If I don't get my refund then I will have to go the legal way. You guys have crossed all limits of harassment.

            I purchased several items and one of the product was missing in the package. I waited for several days, when i checked the myntra profile, it says it is delivered. But product was missing in the package that arrived. When i contacted myntra they read the exact liens from the orders. And they claim it was delivered. They even refuse to file a compliant or give any explanation on missing product.

                I ordered timex watch from myntra. When i received the product, box was broken and i found watch intact but inauthentic. I returned the item and they picked up on april 9 and i was promised to get refund by april 14. But today is april 18. I am calling them on their helpline daily. Everyday they are telling me to wait for 24 hours. I am fed up with their excuses. Myntra is cheating customers. Return number: [protected]

                After having so much hassle and headaches at last I got my money back. Believe me I am never going to buy anything from Myntra.com in future. They sell fake products, tools and cheats customers. And they have pathetic return service and don't ask about customer care support. They are terrible. I am warning others also not to trust Myntra. BEWARE.

                  I placed an order on 4th april and cancelled it on 5th realising that the sneakers that i ordered were the wrong size. I was told to wait till 15th of april to get my refund. Myntra says they have initiated the refund with the bank. And the bank says they have not received any such refund request. I have contacted myntra several times but they tell me same story everytime. Myntra owes me 4129 inr.

                    @myntra ₹8872 nike shoes was fake delivered, fake received signature, sms says delivered. Why do your delivery agents do this? Where is my package? A huge lapse in the system. I do trust delivery agent’s call saying he will delivery before 9am tomorrow bec it is raining tonight, but why is he forced to make a fake delivery, & signature proof of delivery? Pls address this issue. 😏 myntra, i can complain everywhere, until you resolve this issue. Also i saw the pattern o[censored]nresolved issues of other customers in twitter beyond your “2 day timeframe”. I do not want to be one of them begging for their items to be delivered or money returned.

                    Customer support was prompt this my issue reached via Myntra Support, Twitter, & Facebook. I received my package before 9am as promised by the delivery agent. I hope this issue does not happen again. Thank you.

                      I recently wanted to order clothing from myntra.com. I usually place my order by prepaid method. Today i placed an order for 1, 611 from my mobikwik wallet. The money was debited from my wallet but the order was not placed. I contacted the myntra customer care and they said they did not receive any payment from me. They told me to wait for 48 hours. I need my money back. I have also attached the transaction details and number (Proof). Please help me out.

                          Had ordered for the ecraftindia - handcrafted bird shaped wall clock, which was defective product. Placed a return request. There was no one who came to pick up the product. After waiting for 2-3 days contacted myntra. They informed me that this product has to be self shipped to the nearest myntra place and that details they mailed me after i inquired about it. That's not all.

                          Post that i went to courier guy to get the product shipped. The courier guy refused to take it saying it is clock which has glass and can be damaged, hence they cannot take it. Called up myntra again and informed them about the challenge. What a solution they provided, they said we cannot do much, you will have to self ship the product, try with another courier.

                          I kept cool and thought of trying again with another courier person. The response was the same. And they said none of the courier will accept this product for delivery, only blue dart might possibility and charge accordingly.

                          Oh again called up myntra and shared the concern with them. Spoke to their escalation manager twice. But all waste. These guys do not understand the issue in the first place, how can you expect a solution from them.

                          Inspite of i sharing the concern that the courier guys are not ready to accept and deliver the product, myntra lead provides solution saying we understand your problem and the solution is try again with another courier and they do not have any other option where they can arrange for the pick up.

                          In short it means you keep trying wasting your time to self ship the product and then at a point get frustrated and leave it.in that case the refund money would be lost and you will have to forgo it - reason you will get from myntra would be
                          1. You did not self ship the product - although you have highlighted the concern to them but myntra is not interested in understanding it.
                          2.in all this bargain time would have lapse and then your product return would not be applicable.

                          So in short win - win for myntra and loose - loose for the consumer.

                          You need to be really careful while choosing myntra products. They say return and refund is not a challenge, but your experience will say there is nothing but only challenge and challenge.

                          The Myntra representative called and apologized for the front end team not able to address the concern.
                          And has assured to arrange for a pick up as an exception .

                          I am happy with the Myntra team working on the escalation, it was indeed prompt and quick response from their head office escalation team.

                            I ordered puma red ferrari shoes on 4th april and cancelled my order on 5th april. I was told that i'll receive my refund within 7-15 days. But it has been more than that. I contacted myntra and they said they have already initiated the refund with the bank.. When contacted with the bank they say that they have not received the money. Myntra gave me this reference number 74766519095913559851710. But seems like it is of no use. What do i do?

                              According to myntra, they have initiated my refund on 29 march, 2019 and the due date given by them is 8 april, 2019. but today is 16 april, 2019 and i havenot receibed my refund amount yet of ₹1460. Please check evrythng again and process my refund asap.they say that talk to your bank. i talked to my bank also many times but they are saying that we cant tell anything unless that anount gets credited in your account. there is no credit amount by myntra in your account.

                                I have been having this issue with mynthra at milit, diat khadakwasla, pune 411025. The delivery guys call me and tell me they don't have service in this area (Which is untrue because several deliveries are being made to the same pin code). They tell me to come to nanded city to collect my item. This is not feasible for me and is not acceptable when mythra provides home delivery. I have also checked with some my neighbours and they always receive the package when it is a cod. I have made my payment using my credit card.

                                This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing to not be able to receive my desired goods on time.

                                  I had purchased a Myntra gift card worth INR 500 by redeeming my Myntra insider points. It's validity is till march 2020. When I tried to use it for my purchase, the message reflected was " gift card is deactivated". I am surprised at this and after several complaints raised to Myntra customer care team, they are not resolving it. Every time there request is for 48 hrs or 24 hrs or by the end of the day. But till date I have not received any solution for it.. pathetic customer service by myntra.

                                    underwear - wrong size chart

                                    As a regular customer i have bought many underwear before but this time i bought an underwear from soul space in myntra. The size chart provided under this specific company is wrong and because of this i bought two underwear with one size extra.

                                    The deliverey agent behaved so rude! He was so arrogant. He behaved so rude and was very impatient when i was telling him the delivery location. He was being mad at me for no reason. I was at the office and i told him i would give him some other number to call if he is not clear about the location. He was having the upper voice and was arguing with me. He was not even willing to listen to me. He wanted me to tell him the direction and he said he cant call the other number which i told i would give him. And finally when i said him to take back this order and that i dont need to recieve this order from such an arrogant delivery agent he reduced his voice and told me to give him the other number. The delivery agent called from this number: [protected]. (16/04/2019) i don't know what his name is. Is this the way your delivery agents treat customers? Really dissapointed!

                                      I returned the products with order no.[protected]-3067603 on 2nd April, 2019 but still haven't received my refund of Rs 5191 yet.

                                      There were two pairs of shoes(one white Adidas shoes + one black Adidas shoes) that I ordered but both of them were the wrong size.

                                      I have followed up with the customer care team twice, but each time they ask me to put my grievance with the concerned bank. They sent me an email citing the bank reference no. with which I approached the bank branch but nothing useful came out of it.

                                      I hope my complaint is resolved as soon as possible and I get my refund.
