Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that cab was booked to HRBR LAYOUT from Bangalore international airport, CRN, [protected] dated 16/08/2022, cab driver name - rashi

While getting out of the cab forgot iPhone 6s, on calling the driver on his mobile completely refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter while I have registered my complaint at Ola centre yesterday itself which they have promised to revert in next 24-48 hrs but I have not received any mail or sms in this respect for my complaint register number.

Pl. appropriate action and revert in case the mobile is found in the cab, looking forward for positive response

    But ola again asking for same ride money
    I have mailed to ola regarding the same but no reply.
    And customer care is saying they don't have previous history to solve complaint

      Hi There,
      Today must be the worst day I've ever experienced with OLA.
      Starting with first driver, who almost cursed me for making digital payment & said If I mentioned that earlier he would have cancelled the trip.
      On my return, Second one asks what was the amount mentioned and said you have to give ₹150 extra so that I'll be of service and cancelled.
      Third one insisted to make the payment as cash by making a statement that OLA will not pay for us if you make any digital payments to them.

      Are they serious? How come everyone says the same issue.
      And how did they expect all customers to pay cash when digital payments are well developed.

      I felt frustrated and I don't know whom to blame.
      And ended up taking private for hire.
      Please look into the issue & resolve it. otherwise stop your service.
      Please don't leave people in the streets by saying you are providing rental & hire service. Put yourself into their shoes and react soon.

        I already did the payment of 415 to the driver but after the ride ended the system showed the total of 443 and as i did not have the time to complete the payment at that moment as i had a train for which i was late due to the ride, the ola system is still asking me to pay the whole amount again and as i had not made the payment they took the payment from ola postpaid and are increasing the bill continuously and sending me warnings that if i do not pay the bill they will block my cards and my pan card
        I want this resolved as i am ok in paying the extra amount which was to be paid by me, but i will not pay the whole amount again. CRN [protected]

          Hi sir
          On 17th August their is challenge incentive program pickup from airport.that I have completed the ride and asked for incentive for customer center Mr Gopal Incharge said no you have not picked up from airport pick up zone.
          1.if I don't pickup from pick zone why did they charge Parking amount 254
          2.if outside pickup their is no parking charges.
          3.sir ola is fooling us I have waited in the line for four hours in the pickzone and their is cc cameras installed everything is recorded where have pickup the customer.
          #bhavish Aggarwal sir we are working hard to survive the life but your operation team is fooling us in the name of incentive program.
          Since today iam not driving to ola.

            Here are my Ola customer details: Gowri Kumar, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]

            I sent the following message to Ola:

            I have an outstanding charge of 181₹ on my account arising from a ride that I took in October. The Crn is [protected]. This was already paid to the Ola driver in cash. It is quite surprising that this charge is coming up as unpaid on my account. Please resolve this issue for me. [End of Message]

            It took me a few months to find this contact email for Ola and then only after 8 emails did they send me a phone number. This one customer service agent kept giving the same robotic reply "we can't do changes to a booking over 10 months". However, they somehow have the gall to ask payment for a booking that was already paid over 10 months. It is completely unacceptable that I have to pay twice for a booking that I have already paid for in full. This is truly highway robbery and Ola is being unhelpful and not offering any alternatives.

            I would like for this charge to be reversed so I can take a ride again without paying extra unwarranted money.

              Stop urgently this harassment.

              Verify your side with your driver and services don't harass.

                Hi,
                I've taken ola ride on 6th July 2022 and paid 220 rupees (ride costed me 219 rupees) to the driver through phone pe. I'm trying to book ola ride again on Aug 8 and could see there is a due on my account for the same ride. I contacted ola customer care and I was told that I called 30 days after the ride and I should clear the due. This is looting customer. I already paid for the ride why should I pay again.                     I already paid to a cab driver through PAYTM on 4th July, now ola app is showing to pay again, horrible service from ola, this ### activity is done by ola driver. Ola don't monitor cab drivers, that's why we get worst service.

                      Yesterday i have booked car by ola and paid rs.652 through phonepe but due to network issue so showing connecting and driver was hurry so i have paid cash 652/- but after 15 mins then 652/- again done through phonepe. And i have booked compaint in ola but till date niether payment refund or not contact to ola. So please help and refund my money from ola.

                        Hi Team/OLA

                        I worked as a OLA Driver partner from 2019 - Vijayawada vehicle number AP16TS#### and I have paid 22K towards the cab initial payment and
                        upon the cancellation I have been informed by ola that I will be receiving back 18000 after deducting 4k towards processing fee.

                        After that in 2021 all vehicles were sold with any information by OLA management. I tried to VISIT the office and no response several times
                        and i got a call long back and they said that i will get credit for the bank details i have provided and I checked nearly 1000 + times whether I received or not.

                        NO RESPONSE !!! I AM LITERALLY DONE !!! THE WAY BY THE MANAGEMENT OR STAFF

                        Please let us know how can i process else i don't have other options to lodge a complaint on OLA (ANI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. )

                        I am still awaiting the response from any one of the company or team...

                          I took Ola from home to airport on 2 Aug and return trip on 4 Aug 2022. The distance travelled on return was nearly 4 km higher for the same route taken. A 0.5 km extra is acceptable. I was charged Rs. 511 for return against Rs. 326 for onward to airport. The driver took a longer route and this was the reason. Trying to contact ola customer service, the rep. cut my calll off in the middle of conversation. Please resolve this. Thanks/

                            We booked an ride with ola cabs and a driver has accepted it after entering into cab he was very rude and we asked him to switch on AC and he said you have booked non ac cab so there won't be AC and he said there are no Ac cabs in Ola and he said It is SUV so we cant allow more than 5 people we took an hourly package for an hour and he was very very rude and he was taking a long route to destination as it was a hourly package and when we asked about it he said if you dont qant to go on this route you can get down and made us to get down with our 5 month baby this was this worst experience in my life .He came in different cab and the cab registered was different.

                              I took ride on 23rd may but final bill 167 was higher then what shown was at the time of booking 78 the cab.

                              I raised the issue and OLA customer care confirmed on e-mail on 7th july that please make payment of 167 and we will refund 89.

                              I paid amount of 167 on 10th july and still waiting for refund.

                                The cab was stopped in middle of the ride by a Tata Sumo and was asked to side the cab. The persons in the sumo came down and asked the driver (they were calling the driver by the name Santosh Jaiswal) about some financial payment and that he hasn't completed his payments.
                                We had to wait 15mins for such nonsense.

                                This is utter harrassment for us. Our safety was at stake. This kind of drivers are too dangerous. Did not expect from OLA such casualties.

                                  I had taken an ola rental ride CRN [protected] on 1st Aug 1:43 PM. The fare amount was Rs 1545. On completion of the ride, the amount was deducted from my Paytm account. But also the driver demanded cash. He said he accepted the ride only for cash payment as he didn't have any cash left for fuel. He asked for cash before leaving and said the Paytm amount will come back to me. But it has been 7 days since I didn't get my money back.
                                  I contacted Ola Customer Care several times on Twitter, calls, and via emails, but they don't respond. Very pathetic customer support. Now its has become my daily routine to ask for updates but there is no response from them. I called the driver to refund the money but he denied saying he has informed Ola Services that he had already taken cash payment. Please help me out.

                                  i have called the cab driver for a refund. He said that he had received a call from the OLA and he had already informed them that he had received cash for the drive. But I didnt get it on my account from OLA services.

                                    My Ola account is blocked by the company without any prior intimation or explanation.
                                    I was using this account for business travel and all my paid invoices are there in the app which I required for reimbursement.
                                    I have raised the issue with Ola support multiple times but no revert.
                                    I request either get my account blocked or share my invoice copies for which I have already paid.PFB my register mobile number and customer complain number.

                                      Hi OLA Team,

                                      I book ola yesterday dated 08/08/2022, driver does not reach the exact destination as a curtsy i walk to his destination upon discussion with him. he asked me OTP but did not entered i did not realised the same as he said there is network/app issue, i travelled with him and later once we reached destination he demanded cash saying in his app cash mode is showing, i told him that in my app it is digital then he forcefully asked to do Gpay and shown his mobile screen, it was late night hence i paid he said later your ride will be closed and you will receive invoice, currently it is not happening because of App/network issue. once i went home and found ride has not started only, it is in scheduled state till today (screenshot attached) i paid him amount via gpay (screenshot attached) i called him why he did it to me i booked ola, this is not acceptable, this behaviour will cause more harm as no one is stopping drivers of doing such frauds, and they might have do some more harm to consumers and company reputation, now i am hesitating booking OLa post this incident and trying other Apps like Rapido, uber etc.

                                      Below are the driver and car details to take action, if no action is taken then will file a complaint for encouragement of such activities of drivers harassing customers and it may lead to threat to their lives, how will people book rides for their loved ones without fear?

                                      The ride is still in schedule state, don't know how to settle this, pls guide.

                                      I can reach out to the Police if you want to see CCTV footage from where i onboarded below car.

                                      I am demanding/requesting that you remove this driver from your app and ask him to leave, he may cause harm to customers and he will spread such things in other drivers as well where they might also start doing such frauds, causing harm to the company reputation.

                                        I am writing this complaint because there seems to be an issue with trip my payments. I booked a ride on the Ola app on July 9th (Cash). It was then charged Rs.439 after the completion of my trip paid to the OLA driver using GPAY (screenshot attached). However, when I checked my OLA app, it showed that I had been charged Rs. 439 in OLA Postpaid again for the same ride (screenshot attached). This is a fairly important issue for me as I have already paid the driver. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Consider this and request that you clear the OLA Money Postpaid bill dues.
