In the Ola app it was showing fare price rs. 111 for the ride. So, I paid the money at the start of the journey. But later when reached at the destination I was asked to pay the extra money which was surprising to me as I already paid the fare price....

Ive been emailing OLA for well over 2 months now and they haven't responded to any of my emails nor have they resolved the problem.
ISSUE - I took a cab ride 2 months back to work where the total amount came out to 1, 330 rs. I had selected the wallet pay option on their app but on completion of the ride it wasnt allowing me to make the payment through the app. The driver asked me to make the payment to his personal gpay account which...

We took a cab from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar to Naroda Road in Ahmedabad on 12th August 2022 night. Although our mode of payment was in Ola money (fare amount 805 rupees) the cab driver forced us to pay in cash. It was around 10:30 pm late in the night. The driver stated that he has some small loans to payback and hence wants cash. He even told us that if ola asks us for the money, he will send the money back to us by online...

Dear customer care i am really fed-up with this email from OLA.

I have registered the complain Ticket[protected] after that also so many complain. even in twitter also no use still the problem not yet resolved.

I have booked the raid and i paid on the same time. rupees 477. only 23 rupees is remain but the bill came for me for rupees 500/-.

till date i am receiving the email that i have not paid...

I travelled from Vadodara to Anand in Ola outstation ride on 15th Aug 2022.
Ola offered base fare was for 140 Km and 8 Hours - 1270 INR
I actual travelled 117 Km.
Ola charged for 299 Km.
My total travell time (ride plus waiting) was 218 Minutes.
I make a complaint on 15th Aug and took more than 5 follow ups, but Ola does not responding.
All the time they are saying that backend team is verifying complaint...

I took an Ola Auto from Hebbal to Domlur (Bengaluru) & opted to pay via Gpay UPI prepaid method before the ride ended.

I initiated online payment via Google pay for Rs. 244 which got debited from my account but got stuck in processing state in Google Pay app waiting for receiving...

I have taken a ride with Ola and paid full amount in cash to driver.

Now I am getting a call from a company call ola postpaid saying that you have to pay Rs. 1000 as you have used ola postpaid.

They are harassing me like anything more than 5 calls a day.

Even after explaining everything they are not ready to listen

Emails we get only one reply ola payments has nothing to do with...

I had mistakenly paid Rs. 4980 on 4th July which included late fee of Rs.500 and which was waived off by Ola. I paid this through a pay I link assuming that excess money of Rs.500 will be there as credit in my Ola money post-paid account.

Despite multiple mail reminders and phone calls to call centre, they have not credited back Rs.500 and neither adjusting this with current Ola money post-paid bill.

1. My insurance was deducted of Rs. 15/- rom my bill without my consent.
2. Till today i am not provided with the insurance copy of any of my rides inspite of numerous complaints and calls.
3. Faced incovinenece on the said ride and filed a complain with ola customer care thrice but to no help.
4. Need to file my insurance claim, unable to file it by any means. Filed complaint with ola again but to no help till time....

Ride cancellation charges were deducted from linked account, however the ride was cancelled by driver.
Issue was immediately reported and received official communication from ola for account details for refund.

I paid cash to the driver via Google pay for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is denying to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team.

I want to deactivate postpaid services on my account linked to email ID [protected]@yahoo.com. with immediate effect. I've been writing to ola multiple times but they do not revert. The postpaid services were activated with misleading information. No one informed me about the bank loan which got processed in my name by ola. This is sheer cheating and I want deactivation with immediate effect
