Booked an OLA Prime to Bangalore airport 7days in advance over OLA app for 2:30am of 6th April 2022. OLA app said that they will provide cab details 10mins before pickup and so we stood out of the building gate with 40 kg of luggage. The 10mins became 0min and there was no update of cab. Well after this the story goes horrendous. After about 10seconds after 2:30am OLA DELETED my booking. (So that there is no trace of their misdoing). What kind of a scam company will do that? This shows the category of the company. Moreover they don't have any contact center or phone to call. I will never ever book a cab, let alone buy any product from OLA and would request everybody to do the same.

    Hi,
    We had taken a cab ride from ola for which we paid full amount via Gpay to the driver but money was deducted from Ola postpaid . Now we are getting calls and mails daily for payment . Even after clarifying everything from our side and sending the proof of payment, the company is still sending mails and calls reminding us to pay or otherwise they will take legal action . This is highly objectionable behaviour on their part when we have shared the proof of payment and clarified everything. Only multiple tickets are being generated every time but attitude remains the same.

      I had taken a ola auto ride on 17 Jun 2022 (CRN no- [protected]). The amount was Rs. 163 which I paid to the auto driver through Gpay on mobile number provided by him ([protected]) with UPI transaction id[protected]. Still money was again deducted from Ola postpaid account. I have sent multiple emails to ola support email id requesting them to check and refund my money that was paid twice but I have not received a single response from them. In turn I am getting multiple spam calls and messages from 'PayUmoney' asking me to pay amount against Ola postpaid. It is a mental harrasment of someone to not revert to their queries but make thousands of spam calls asking to pay money.
      I want Ola to refund me my money with interest till date of payment and compensate for all damages and mental harrasment due to dealing with spam calls and messages multiple times every single day.

        Hi ola cabs,

        On last Car rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
        As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
        But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 547/-.

        I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams.

        And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

        Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
        This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

        First streamline your business process properly and then start the services.
        Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models

        I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.

            The driver in today's trip took a detour only to come back to the same path and Ola charged me over 500 . When I raised a complaint, it was automatically resolved to the fact that I had been charged correctly while they never take action against drivers who take incorrect routes to increase the fare of the ride. I would like them to get a resolution to this issue and not charge extra for a drivers fault. I have attached pictures of the route taken and it is clear that it was an unnecessary detour when the driver could have saved 6 km of travel

              Hi Team,
              I was travelling in Ola auto today evening. The driver was highly abusive and asked for extra cash... He also did not accept online payment mode... Created a scene near my house...

              Now he is sending Threatening messages to me over Paytm after I paid him Rs. 133 over his personal cell.

              I expect an urgent resolution over this matter.

              I am really pissed off and scared from this driver.

                I have booked a Cab from Nizamuddin railway station to Rohini Sector 23. Driver came to pickup and ask for start OTP and I provided the same but driver denied stating this OTP Is expired need to generate new OTP and ask me need to call OLA customer care. He said sir wait will call and help you in generating the start OTP. He asked my number and generated a OTP and took that and told sir this is also not taking need to cancel ride and book another ride . (It was a scam he took OTP and access my account and did the fraud of 12000 change).

                At night he booked cab to outstation with my account and mine postpaid balance. At morning i woke up and found the messages that cab booked to Rajisthan and few more places. Imediatley i raised compliant in OLA and explained everything to them. They said we have escalated to concern team and we will certainly help you and they checked and found - yes we can see that someone has used your account in Andriod phone and you are using IOS. No need to worry Our technical team is working and will update you shortly. Now its more than 15 days no response from them no reply on email.

                Already I have provided the CAB details, driver details and his phone number as well. OLA knows that this fraud was done by there employee. But they are not ready to help me as it was there driver who did all this scam with me.

                I have emailed them multiple times and no response and now I am getting Text messages from OLA pay that postpaid 1200 amount, why should I pay when I have not used it. This is completly ignoring my complian and till now no resolution or any TAT time or any support from OLA.

                  I took a ride on 14th august 2022, at 1:07 pm from - bandhaghat, salkia to vardhan market (kolkata). At the time of booking, the fare showed me 230/- but after the ride, it was 299/- . I saw the invoice, it showed me 299/- which includes the manipulated price and play convenience fees (which i have not used) . I complained in the customer care. They said, due to surcharge it has increased, and they cant do anything. This is totally unfair amd scam.

                  Kindly help me in this matter and request you to take necessary action against ola.

                    On completion of my ride ola driver asked me to pay on his google pay number and told that the due showing on the app would get cleared as soon as possible. He took tool tax money despite it being included in the total fare. Now he is not picking up and the app is still showing due money to be paid by me fir the same ride again. I have tried all means to convey my grievance to ola cabs but they are not responding. Why would a customer pay twice because drivers choose to fraud people.

                      I have been facing this issue for the last 6 months wherein I am unable to clear my Ola Postpaid dues from the Android mobile app. I have raised the complaint almost 10-11 times to the Ola Support team and everytime I am getting ad-hoc payment links to clear the dues and no update has been done on the app even after multiple follow-ups from the Ola team.

                      Kindly expedite this request and fix this problem on the app. It causes me to delay on the payments having to always circle back to the Ola team to only send the same temporary solution every time.

                      Would appreciate a reply on this regard!

                          Took ride from Chandra Sagara (20th Main Road, Jayanagar) to Health Heal, Vijayanagar. I have emailed screen shots related to this ride. Due to heavy rains, the Drivers Mobile went out of service and could not end the ride at Health Heal Office. I paid cash Rs. 230.00 (as that was the charge) to the driver and the ride was still ONGOING. At some point near Vibhav Theater, the driver ended the ride and your system has charged me additional Rs. 482.00. Please refund Rs. 482.00 immediately.

                          Customer care at Ola is not even answering phone calls.
                          The complaint is not fully resolved yet. Ola has refunded Rs.252.00 into my wallet but the total refund amount is Rs.480.00. Ola still owes me Rs. 228.00.

                            Hi Ola,

                            I took a ride on 30th July. After ride completion I paid via Google pay and payment was deducted from my account but driver has not received payment confirmation and he asked me to pay again. I paid via Paytm and payment was successful.
                            After that I reached to your support team and described the same but didn't get any resolution till now.

                            Your support team always ask me that it will get credited to your account but still waiting.

                            Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I sent email to ola support team but they are not taking action on it.

                            Please find the attached bank details, payment ss for your reference.

                                The price at which the cab Is confirmed is not what is actually charged. When one books the cab and amount is shown which one confirms. I confirmed and booked a cab at 333. On reaching destination I was charged 642. Double the amount. In the past when one used to book a confirmation sms would come saying the amount that it’s booked at. Now nothing like that so no one has any proof and they charge an amount that is absurd. As per right to information a customer needs to have clarity. This is fraud. Showing something and then price is doubled up.

                                  I booked an outstation ride on 23rd July. After the ride I paid the amount by cash to the driver but the amount was deduction from Ola Postpaid as well.

                                  I raised a support request for the same, Ola Support engineer contacted me for the same, I explained the scenario and later they confirmed that they will provide the refund in 10 days over NEFT. Now it been more than 28 days and no response I am getting from any means (Call/Email/Ola Application).

                                    I booked an auto ride through Ola,
                                    The auto driver Aakil asked for OTP.

                                    After that he demanded cash and refused us the ride as we offered OLA money.

                                    We were asked to get down. When we got down, I saw that 70 rupees had been deducted.

                                    Take strict action against the driver and refund my money else I will uninstall your app.

                                      I book ola for parents and husband. Instead of having pay later option, driver asked money after trip and husband paid him. Now after that I raised to support the same. Ola kept on sending pay notification for 348 rs. Now they added late fees also 100rs and asking to pay. From 2 month I an asking customer support to see this matter even send emails. They Saud they will escalate and take care of this but still no resolution .

                                        i have taken a ride to my home on March 05, 2022 from T3 Airport Delhi yo Model Town vide CRN No [protected].

                                        I have Paid Rs 448 to driver in cash, but the account was showing amount payable. I was logged out of OLA services due to pendency of the invoice. I have made several online request through app but no resolution was given. Every time they say that offline driver payment is outside their scope.
                                        (Sir, if this is the case, then plz advice why offline payment option is there on the application).
                                        By mistake i have selected rs 448 to be paid by OLA Postapaid. now i am getting calls everyday to get the payment done and they are harassing to impact by CIBIL Score.
                                        Sir, it is humble request to kindly look in the matter and resolve the same.
