Worst service

Microphone not working. They simply reset the phone to factory setting and said that upgraded software has bugs !! really !! do they not check the software before sending an upgrade ! they think consumers are fools. Help us by taking an action....

Battery problem

Poor customer support

Horrible Service from OnePlus Mobile

Not replaced my charger since more than 6 weeks

Phone Replacement
