Worst company service centers

I have oneplus 3 purchased 5 months before. My display cracked because of mishandling. Customer care people are asking to change motherboard which is worth of 19000 and display of 8600. Total 27600. New phone is cost for 27999. My motherboard is perfect and nothing happened except display. So why should i change motherboard? Service center people forcing to change motherboard. This is how this chinese company is making fool to indian peoples....

My display come out from upright corner

Last week, i noticed my one plus 3's display is coming out without dropping or falling. It is coming out from upright corner. This is one plus display's material quality issue. But the service centre is not ready for giving service. They denied by saying this doesn't come in warranty. Then what's the benefit of buying 28k phone. I just want one plus to resolve my problem asap....

Asked 28300 for repair of product 28000

I bought a oneplus3 in october and it's display automatically stopped working in starting of may. I went to service centre of noida and they looked after my phone and made a job card for it and said that we will repair your phone under warranty. After 2 days they called me and said that there is a liquid damage in your phone and we will take 28300 for its repairs. Company is saying that we can't do anything in this case....

Battery problem

Please never use one plus its my review

Oneplus 3t

I bought one plus 3t before one month. One problem is.. They did not provide earphones. And on their site earphones are much costly. Other one is they provide dash charger. But their battery backup is so much low. It is a very bad thing. Dash charger is provided that doesn't mean that battery backup can be bad. It also must be good enough that we can use mobile without repeatedly charging....

I have ordered a mobile phone online for 30, 000 Indian rupees on June 2, 2017. They haven't despatch the item till June 6 2017.. They are not ready to refund my money. I bought a new phone from amazon in same price and reached me on June 5th. When I asked them to refund they say that I need to reject the corrier and it should reach back to warehouse and they need another 5 to 7 days to refund... Total they will take almost one month to give...
