I have a purchased OnePlus One mobile from Amazon India on Nov 6th 2015. Phone had issues from the day of purchase. Initially loudspeaker was not working. Complained to Amazon and device was replaced.

From last 2 days this issue has occurred in my 1 plus 2 phone. When I am typing msgs. in what's app or normal msg. suddenly the screen zooms in and whatever I am typing at that moment stops getting registered. For example. If I am typing 'A' some other alphabet is getting typed. This mostly happens when my typing speed is fast. This is extremely frustrating. I bought this phone with lot of expectations. The service center asked me to pay for the replacement of motherboard because of which I called up the service center and my case had been escalated.
Mr Khan from their escalation team was supposed to call me. Every time I call the helpline they tell me that Mr Khan would call me in 24 hrs...
