Lost my baggage

I have boarded the bus from Vellore to Tirupathi around 7pm on[protected], bus number AR-02-4129.I was given a token for keeping my baggage at the backside of the bus. But unfortunately I found the baggage missing on the next day morning.When asked to the driver regarding the issue he took us to the head office at Suchitra. I found the staff very negligent and irresponsible. Kindly do not travel by that bus as they are thieves. I lost all...

We booked a ticket for two from vijayawadha to mumbai. by reading reviews of people we thought of booking this way of getting to mumbai. 20 hours journey the driver stops 2 times for toilet, he said he will stop for men because they can do it on the road(are you serious why pee on the road side when theres toilets and what about the women children or diabetic patients ), secondly the way the drivers had been speeding and going through bumps was certainly not a good ride and was very dangerous. the worst part was that the driver refused to drop of at the point accordingly as we booked he took the two o[censored]s my wife and i straight to the bus parking bay and he said he will not drop us at sion we must call a taxi is this what we paid 4000 rupees for? he pretended that he does not speak hindi and acted stubborn. i will say that people should not book according to people reviews and dont travel in the bus if you visiting a new place. oh and the bed sheets had a very bad odour and curtain railing kept on falling while sleeping. i wouldnt book this bus again for the way the driver acted and left us in the middle of nowhere.

    Hello, i booked a bus ticket on redbus for orange travels. A lady passenger booked ticket on 4-jan-2017. Bus details: orange bus from bangalore to trivandrum. Starting at 8:15pm from madiwala, sleeper bus. The driver and cordination person forced us to chase the for almost 15 kms, still thet failed to pick us. We lost an important function due to missing bus. Please register this complaint against orange bus for cheating our money. My contact number: [protected]. Thank you.

      The drivers of bus from vizag to Bangalore on 27-12-16 are using abusive and filthy language with passengers and are with quarrelsome attitude. They r not maintaining any manners while interraction with passengers. Vijayawada Benz circle office staff also supporting the drivers which must be avoided for better satisfaction of passengers. Pls provide healthy atmosphere in the bus

        Non serviced bus

        Sir i booked the bus from tirupati to hyderabad with - orange travels - busno: ar025633, serviceno: ott-1026, contact no: [protected]. A/c sleeper. The was neatly maintained from inside but when the buss started we can hear all sort off metal sounds and wriggling of the bus. We couldn't sleep till the end of our journey. I thing the gov will wake up until the next bus accident when people die. Please stop this kind...

        Hi Dear,

        Yesterday, I boarded the bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore. After half hour or so, my Seat no-F1, water started drifting from the Ceiling of AC fitted within the seat. We complaint to the Driver & associates but they seems to ignore it in a rude fashion & said that they can't help it. So, for entire journey i.e. 8.5 hrs i have been suffered a lot in regular interval of drifting water from the ceilings not even me three- four people also suffered the same & the driver & associate was least concerned.

        I want to look into the matter on serious note. I have got pic's of the drifting water from the ceiling.

        The Driver & associates were very very rude & unhelpful. Please take necessary action against them.

          My name is varun. i booked a bus ticket from chennai to kochi for pooja holidays through redbus. date of traveling was oct 7 / 2016.

          Pnr no. is : 2906049
          They informed me bus will arrive at sriram gateway, perungalathore. my bus was scheduled at 8.30pm. bus didn't reached ontime and from 8.30pm on wards i started tracking bus by giving missed to no. given.

          But i didn't got the status and got only a message stating that orange travels don't have tracking information on with my mobile no.

          Then i patiently waited for the bus.

          I was waiting for long 3 hours and i was not able to connect with the customer care no. since it was busy for every time.

          Then i started searching for any orange travel's bus in perungalathore busstand.

          On that time (around 12.00am,) they called up and told me that bus is leaving.

          I spoke on this no. [protected] and requested to wait for five minutes and they bluntly refused.

          I paid 2150rs for this and i didn't got the service from you. it spoiled all my plannings for my holiday and i reached my home only after 1 day.

          Refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will follow with legal action against your lazy attitude towards customers.

            I have booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Trivandrum via Goibibo by Orange tours and travels on 14 September 2016. Due to kaveri issue, the bus could not move after Hosur.So they dropped every passengers on their respective boarding points and told us that ticket fare will be refunded. Till now it is not refunded to my account.

              I have booked AC Sleeper - Seat no - U1, from coimbatore to chennai, but my seat have no screen also when i asked the cleaner and driver for a change of seat they refused to do that, being a lady how can one sleep in the uncovered area, also they dint provide me a blanket, when i asked for it they gave me one pathetic blanket with horrible smell. When you guys cant able to provide the basic needs for the passengers why you are charging high amount for the travel. Even after paying RS.1000 i had a horrible travel. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with your service

                I am travelling from trivandrum to bangalore by orange tour and travel bus.in the bus tv is not working. When i checked with the driver, he was drinking alcohol and said it will not work. I asked why then he said it will not work and simultaneously he was drinking and driving. Also when i opened the blankets it was smelling like anything and swear you cannot put on you..
                I just want to say this is the worst service and it should be banned. Also by seeing this drunken driver the journey is very unsafe.

The owner didn't return the money which we gave to the driver for fuel in the vehicle. The money we gave for fuel is excluded in the trip deal. Now the owner named vishwanath is not returning the money. Please take action.

                    I booked ticket on 12-aug-2016, 3:15 am from madiwala, bangalore to coimbatore. I reached at 2:55 am and have to wait till 4:30am. The driver did not stop the bus at madiwala, near police station where it actually stops every time. I am frequent traveller at least twice every month.
                    I have to call operators, drivers, took a cab till hosur to catch the bus. Seat number us d2.

                    Actually, the operator said bus will stop in electronic city and so i took the cab. Only during my travel i came to know it crossed hisur toll. It us totally worst service and i an loosing hopes on orange travels every time.

                    The total kilometers i travelled was 27 and autowala charged 700 inr. Actual cist was 353 and it was 4:30 am the charge was double. Moreover, the auto driver travelled all the way crossing the karnataka border.

                    What if i was travelling with my wife and kid and you guys never call me up?
                    What kind of security you give to your customers.
                    Why was the operator did not call me fur confurmation in ny travel which i use to receive everytime.

                    When i entered into the bus, the driver did not even ask me sorry. I did not want to make a scene considering many passengers are sleeping. And if i get the driver in a bad mood he may not drive safe.

                    You have no idea, for what reasons people travel and you come late and do not stop at the points which us terrible and poor service.

                    It was just a month that you have mentioned, that one of your driver received global recognition and award. But, this act if yours is a complete black mark and for which i demand huge apology from your end.

                    I demand that you have to refund my money which i spent on ticket that day. Actually i should ask the money which i gave to cab because if you people and the money for ticket for you guys being late, and not stopping in the stop.
                    But, i don't want to do that. I an showing gentlemen ship, by notscrwing up the driver, not spoiling others sleep, not spoiling the mood of the driver.

                    Now, my further actions depend upon your response.

                        When ever i book this bus facing at least 2-3 problems i think it's the 3 time facing my problem today i hav booked my seat in ott-23 sleeper a/c bus got repaired n inside no blankets on beds n no curtains very careless ppl really i got very frustrated with this journey worest journey... U ppl hav to check everything before arriving worest part of my journey i had ever seen and no lcd monitor in my place everyone is watching movies in their places

                          I regular travel to hyderabad official purposethrough private bus travels agencies and this time i chose orange travels to fro belgaum hyderabad and it is my first last traveling experience with orange travels because of their disgusting service and maintenance
                          Firstly while going from belgaum to hyderabad i dint received pillow bed seat was not clean and window was loose due to which air from outside was coming due to which i was unable to sleep properly

                          Secondly while coming from hyderabad from orange travel bus same thing happened and moreover i wokeup when belgaum city arrived i was standing in bus and was trying to move forward while holding the below bed part made of steel with improper finishing suddenly the driver applied brake due to which my fingers were injured badly and it started bleeding i tried to stop the bleeding but it didnt then i asked the driver to give me first aid kit to which he said
                          They dont keep it in bus and not a single bandaid was available at tht time
                          Moreover the cleaner boy asked me to cover my fingers with a dirty a cloth which was really dirty enough to hold in hand

                          Except thumb four fingers of right hand were gashed out of which one finger is injured severely the skin is gashed completely and the inner part of the finger is visible
                          Because of rash driving by orange travel drivers and no proper maintenance in bus i have to suffer with my injured fingers its pain and leave from office

                          The medical expenses dressing charges medicine charges and the off i took my office whos going to bear all these expenses and moreover the pain i am suffering now who is going to be held responsible
                          Orange travel are charging there fare equally to that of airfares even after charging these much of fare their service is horrible and their buses are congested and poorly maintened with low quality of materials used for their buses

                            With my family i was traveling from mangalore to hyderabad by a sleeper in bus by http://www.orangetravels.in. the fare is very high in comparison with peers. when i boarded my berth had a bedspread that was dirty - it looked like vomit dried up. obviously i asked for change. they refused. i called their call center. they asked them to change, when however it did not happen i called again. they changed - they (personnel) become like ruffians & challenged how i complained - they threatened me. not to yield, i then video recorded their threat. i called their helpline again & informed them that as am traveling with my family i would not be safe. the call center pleaded helplessness… what can a telephone operator do? they have no mechanism to ensure passengers are safe,. no calls were made asking if we were safe during the journey! and finally, there has been no call stating action taken for improvement no apology. till now they have not even acknowledged my complaint. worst service for a premium fare. are passengers safe in buses as these?

                            Orange Travels are the worst.. The blankets are filthy smell.

                            They are always late at boarding from Madiwala, Bangalore. They are totally irresponsible towards customers.

                            I am saying because I have been directly affected many times

                              We book a courier on orange couriers and travels on 26/july/2016 and they promised to delivered within 2 days and upto 30th they don't delivered and when we check with all office in hyderabad and there reply is your courier is missing and we are not responsible and will inform if we get any details.                                 We are 7 members, all o[censored]s are girls, did online booking for 12am bus from kadapa to Hyderabad.we got seat confirmation message only.we didn't get any further information, not even bus driverr's number.we contacted customer care for further information as it was already 12.30am.then they gave us d driver mobile number, which was switched off for long time.after some time we came to know d bus was already left, even without intimating us.then we did many calls to headOffice.they simply said sorry and kept d cal in hold. horrible situation to us, 7 girls standing road side till 1am.all o[censored]s are new to that area.by God's grace we went to rtc bus stand with somebody's help and some how we travelled through apsrtc bus.we cannot digest such a worst and horrible situation, all because of orange travels.

                                Booked a ticket from hyd to Vijayawada. Last minute bus was cancelled and was accommodated in a different bus. Original cost was 900+, whereas this was 800/-. Secondly the white bed spread was quite dirty. When asked for a change the other was too unwashed. The seat also was L1 which is inconvinient.

                                  I had booked 2 tickets, from cochin to bangalore, in service ott-120, on 10/07/2016. though scheduled departure time was 7 pm, me & my daughter were kept waiting at the boarding point till 9.30 pm, before announcing cancellation of the service due to technical issues. another bus was arranged at 10 pm which also did not have permit to get inside karnataka and had to drop us off at the tn-ktk border. another pick up vehicle was supposed to be there, when we arrived, which also got delayed forcing us to take a cab so as not to miss offices. i had tremendous mental strain and also a financial loss of rs. 2500 due to hiring of cab.

                                    I booked two tickets from Chennai to Bangalore for travelling on July 10th, 2016 @10.45 pm.Received a call from Orange travels in the morning of the day of travel saying that the bus service has been cancelled due to fault in the bus and I was told that they will nor be providing any alternate arrangements to travel.Being a weekend with most of the buses running out of seats, I had to book the last two seats left in another bus by paying twice the amount .All these operators only apologise for the inconvenience caused and they say that such things won't happen in future.But they don't understand that it is the customer who is on the losing side and not them .I won't recommend orange travels for the travel as it spoiled my peace of mind along with the deep hole it left in my pocket.

                                    I booked two tickets for myself and my wife from Hyderabad to Tiruchirapalli by Orange Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd A/C Sleeper Bus on 15th June, 2018 for our journey on 17th June, 2018. I received SMS today stating that the bus has been cancelled due to technical reasons. In view of this, I booked tickets in Kallada Travels Volvo Bus for 17th June, 2018. This sort of cancellation is causing a lot of hardship to passengers. My ticket number is 8532828. The Customer Service Executive at Orange Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd informed that it will take 4-7 working days for the amount to get credited in my credit card account. Kindly make a note of this complaint and suggest whether consumer complaint can be raised against Orange Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd for causing hardship and mental tension.
