The power outlet and TV weren't working ..unable to charge mobile phones nor laptops...when asked, the bus staff simply said that it's not working and nothing can be done..this was not expected at least from Orange Travels...Deeply disappointed!!!...I wish such incidents doesn't repeat in future...

Always delay

When I came to palakkad Kerela on 25th night I took bus at 830 from Bangalore it was supposed to reach at 430 in the morning but reached at 630 . Now when I'm going back to Bangalore from palakkad I booked 1130 bus but the bus is late by 45 mins . it is always horribly out if schedule . you people dont have any value for time

    Sir actually I booked ticket from karur to hyderabad on the date of travel 7.2.2016... For the first time my transaction was success my amount 1484 was debited... But I can't get ticket.. Then I called customer care and I tell them this incident and they booked the seat which was phone booking.. On the tym of travel I paid 1500 again... Can u tell me how I can get refund amount... Please help me sir..

      Today morning I reached Bangalore from Hyderabad. The attendant boy was not able to speak or understand Kannada. Due to his inability I was about to get down at Race Course Road instead of Corporation. When asked, the driver told that the boy doesn't know Kannada. Even the driver doesn't know Kannada. You may have at least one staff who can speak Kannada in such interstate buses which are operating in Karnataka. Otherwise, I may stop using your bus service

        I had booked a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 31/12/2015 from Orange tours and travels, Hydrabad. The boarding was from BTM layout at 09:10PM. I tried to locate the boarding point but could not find it. I called the bus conductor but his attitude was very non-cooperative and h would not tell exact position of the bus. Eventually, I missed the bus. Then I called him again and I was told to come at Hebbal. I contacted customer care and they told that the bus will wait at Hebbal Esteem mall at 10:45PM. But when I reached there within time, again the bus had left. I want refund of my bus ticket amount and the amount which I had to spend on cab within Bangalore totalling about 6000. Regards, Abhijata

          Hi, I usually travel in NIZAMABAD - PUNE route monthly once. In bus they are playing same movies from nearly 8 months. Very TORTURING and not at all stopping TV and lights. Always we have to shout to Turf off the Lights. One more thing is, they are placing Chairs in between the seats, we are facing so much disturbance with those extra persons, its SUFFOCATING in bus. Please resolve this issue.

            We booked 3 tickets on 9/12/2015 online to Coimbatore dated 10/12/2015. But at the time of boarding it's known that our three tickets got cancelled. But they have given ticket in same bus by paying fresh. Then i received a coupon for 5078.40 in my mail, but not my amount.it's unfair to provide coupon without my knowledge and requirement. And that too with many terms and conditions.

              Booked ticket on orangetravels website, had to cancel the ticket. Till date I did not get the refund, answers claimed by them is the Payment gateway changed. No response from any channels of their Customer care.

                There is no correct stop I was asked to move from one place to other place with my luggage it is very hectic with ladies and kids road crossing is dangerous this very annoying and dissertation please make sure that you have defined stop also the waiting hall is worst with mosquitos minimum facilities like bath room without water with out air conditioning

                    This tkt is cancelled by service provider because of not available of bus on 18/07/2015 HYD to RAVULAPALEM.
                    My Ticket no: TH8E46373657 still i can't get amount what i paied.

                    In that time both you and service provider sms me like full amount will be refunded .

                    Still iam waiting my amount.

                      Absolutely worst experience. Yesterday, I have booked ticket for my father who is 62 years old in orange tours and travels. My bus was at 5.45pm. I did not get any call from Orange tours and travels till 5.50pm. I have tried to call them many times and I could not reach them. When the pick up executive called me at 5.50pm, I was about to leave from home (5 mins from my home to pickup point). I told him that, I will be there in 5 minutes. When I reached the place and called the pickup executive again, his number was not reachable. Later, he sent me SMS saying, he already left the pickup point. He was saying that, If you want to catch the bus, come to Mehdipatinam which is 20 kms far from my place. And being old man, my dad cannot go that far. And also the executive was very rude. He was saying, do whatever you want. I dont have any problem. And when I called customer service of Orange, they have a crap service. Even their customer center was very rude. Finally, I paid 500 to auto and reach Mehdipatnam to send off my dad. Because of this tension, my dad got sick in bus. If this feedback goes to Orange Tours and Travels, Let them know that, I am going to complain about their service wherever possible. Even consumer court! And, if this feedback is only for redbus, I would request you from supporting this kind of worst service travels.

                        I am writing this complaint direct from the bus today dated 03-May- 2015 Myself and my wife travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore by AC multiaxel Vilvo superfast service bus which starts at 11.55 am from Hyderabad. Its very hot outside and I requested driver to increase the cooling inside, since it was burning and we were sweating like-anything, he denied to increase the cooling and responsed very rude. We paid 2900 rupees for 2 AC tickets and feeling cheated as during this peak summer driver is not ready to turn on the AC. I did a huge mistake by traveling in Orangle, instead I should have booked from other bus service.

                          Hi, I have booked ticket through redbus.com “Orange travels” for date 5th of August( Tuesday) from Hyderabad to Bangalore. They have given contact details for boarding Suchithra and boarding time : 9:40PM. I reached suchithra point 9.10PM and I have called to numbers which they have given, one mobile(Driver:[protected])was not reached and also I have not received any response from one more land line[protected] to know actual boarding point in Suchithra. At the time 9.50PM I have received response and he told Bus crossed point of Suchithra and come into another point with in 10 min but its very long from point of Suchithra. Immediately I have called redbus call center and they told to contact associator of Orange travels. By searching Orange travels I went near Orange travels point and they cant do any thing. And they(associate: maaniK-mob:[protected]) have said they tried to call my number its not reachable, but I have given my 2 mobile numbers(1. [protected] and 2.[protected]) both are working fine. Two main reasons they have done mistakes: 1. I tried to call them but no response they given. 2. They are saying, they called me but I have not received any calls from them. Effects: 1. I have loosed money Rs.1100. 2.I have taken unplanned leaves in office which effect my year end performance at year end due above problem. 3.I wandered at midnight till 11PM for bus. Its happened due to negligence of Orange travels management and improper communication with passengers. I want be justification for above case on “Orange travels”.                             Orange Tours and Travels - Refund pending from Orange travels
                            i have not recieved my refund form orange travels,
                            Three thing I would like to say:

                            1. I have called them, no response I have received from them at timing 9.10PM to 9.40PM.

                            2. My mobile working fine in that time, In case of any not reachable time I will receive alert message. I have not received any call or alert message.

                            3. At the time of 9.50 my call recieved by Bus driver and told bus moved and its presently near Paradise.

                            So actual boarding time was 9.40PM. From suchithra to paradise minimum time will 20 min and above.

                            Strongly I can say, I missed the bus due reason of negligence of "Orange travels management".

                                  We believe in travels to pick the passengers in correct manner however with out proper communication with passengers they have proceed incorrect things. Its seems small, but effected person only knows actual thing. I expected refund from them aswell "ORANGE TRAVELS: have to take needful actions on this type scenarios without repeat again.

                                      y Name is Suresh having cell no [protected].
                                      I booked the 3 tickets on 9th May 2014 in Orange travels, (www.orangetravels.in registered

                                      head office in Hyderabad) from Bangalore -Madiwala stop to Hyderabad.Seat No c1, c2, d1.
                                      1) bus did not stop in madiwala & i get the bus in Silk board which is 1 km far from Madiwala.
                                      auto driver took 250 rupees from Madiwala to Silkboard
                                      2)seat no D1 - got damaged & could not able to sit on the seat.
                                      3)requested the driver/conductor to change the seat. but they used very harsh language & asked
                                      me to get down the bus.
                                      4)normal travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore costs around 300 but each seat i paid 1500 so
                                      totally 4500 but still i traveled in the damaged seats
                                      Consequences :
                                      1) mentally tensed when bus is not stopped in madiwala
                                      2) physically suffered when i sat in the seat.

                                      I have all audio & phone conversation records as a evidence along with messages & tickets

                                      Relief:
                                      please punish the Orange traveled as i suffered both mentally & physically
                                      Evidence :
                                      1)i have all evidence in my mobile. i recorded the voice of driver/conductor & public relation
