Had recently ordered Pizza from Kalyan Nagara, Bangalore out let & below are my concerns.
No hygiene is maintained while cooking the pizza. No apron, no gloves were used . The staff were managing everything with bare hands. wiping face, rubbing the hand to the pant & aging cooking.
The pizza was half baked. I have enclosed a photo for your reference
Garlic bread was also half baked & oil was dripping from the bread....

I ordered a pizza by phone due to having to keep placing a order in app there were on several technical issues not due to responsibility that was a 1 topping large pizza the price was not completely fair do to deals on menu item limitized and the order work couldn't resolve the exact price on speaking it and kept pushing the price higher which I was charged $48.00 - $49.00 USD [protected]@gmail.com

I tried placing an order from the pizza hut aap but as the payment was made the cart showed empty and no order was placed but my money has been deducted.
I demand a refund of my money asap.

I placed an order through the pizza Hut app, after proceeding to the payment via google pay, the money was debited from the account but in the app there wasn't any order placed when checked the orders section....

We ordered pizza under order number Order 18781311 received, after 1.5 hours we could see that the order has been delivered but we had never received it.
IT IS A PURE BLUFF AND PIZZA HUT BEING AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND, SUCH BLUFF IS NOT APPREICATED.
WE CALL 18 TIMES ON THE STORE NUMBER BUT NO ONE LIFTED THE CALL.
WE REQUEST YOU TO PROCESS REFUND IMMEDIATELY....

Payment gets deducted but neither order gets confirmed nor refund comes. Customer has to make continuous follow up for refund. Such a pathetic app it is...

I recently made an order in pizza hut but my order wasn't done but the money was successfully sent to the pizzahut, so I went to my nearest pizzahut where I had a chat with the staff about my problem and they said I'll receive the refund within 24 hours, it's been 3 days since that day but I haven't received any of my refund. I've tried contacting them but they don't seem to help me out and they keep neglecting me and doesn't help me with...

Order number 18226363 was accepted by the store at 9PM and at 9:30 i received a message that it was dispatched. At 10:30 the portal shows the order has arrived. I contacted the store and Arrsnan tells me that order was cancelled due to network issue. He spoke to his manager Krishana who ws not cooperative. I have wasted 2 hrs waiting for order ad now dont have anything to eat. I need a call on from the head else I will go on social media...

I have placed an order from pizza Hut Aluva a month ago, the exact date is June 21 and due to some reasons( I accidentally placed my order as takeaway instead of normal online order) I had to cancel the order.
I waited for 14 days and didn't receive the payment and consulted the officials about it, but no action was taken. Several times I tried to contact but no action was taken.
The refund is for ₹417, the official asked...

I have placed a order on 23-july-2023
From pizza Hut mobile app.
The amount is debited from my account but the ordered not successfully done.
The amount of 547.46 which was deducted while payment was processing through Amazon pay.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible....

I had placed an order at 9:26 and the expected delivery time was 9:55. When i did not receive the order by the stipulated time i called the customer care and i was told that i will receive the call from store manager in 10mins but it did not happen I called thrice and finally I asked them to conference me. Someone named Raj claiming himself as store manager told me that order cannot be delivered as my house is out of their delivery area....

I have yet not received the GST E-bill for the same.
I have been trying to reach out to their Customer Care Executives, but not getting any response for the same.
It's been over 5 days now & I yet haven't received a single call back/message from Pizza Hut.

I placed an order at Pizza Hut through their app, the money was debited through my UPI but still the order was not placed.. calling the customer care they say that the refund would be available within 14 days.Sad to say..it happened to me in March 2023..no refund was provided. Still I trusted them and thought it was a glitch and I ordered again in July 2023, I had the same worst experience.Calling the customer care they would again repeat...

I ordered exotica garlic bread and 2 cheese max pizzas from the pizza hut Jaipur. Raw garlic breads and with very few toppings and without cheese pizzas were delivered while the ordered pizzas were with cheese max base. I paid extra for the base but it was very poor quality which I received....

On 22/6/2023 at 8.30 i placed an order online on pizza hut app...i ordered 2 pizzas and paid the bill online...it was takeaway...but the order was not placed. Tge store manager said i will get a refund in 24 hours but it has been more than 24 hours and i still got no refund....
