So far, so good. Projekt Perfumery India is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. Orders placed in April ( prepaid) one of them mentioned as express shipping, order numbers[protected] and[protected], has still not been shipped. Reminders via emails, WhatsApp number messages and their own website chatbox there has been no response .
It's shocking callous attitude considering it's nearly two months of placing and paying for their orders. The team supposed to be working there cannot even respond to customer.

I had placed an order #1-9957X-4269-XZP on perfumologist.in for Rupees 539.10 on April 17th 2021 through PhonePe UPI and on April 18th 2021 I received a confirmation email that the order is packed and I would receive shipping details in next 12 hours.
However, I received an email on April 20th 2021 that my amount of 539.10 is refunded and would reflect in my wallet.

I have placed order in one of their websites attars.co.in. the order value is around rs17740. I ordered a perfume in August 2020 and paid rs. 5098 in advance. I didnt receive anything. When asked, always the same reply that it's stuck in transit. Finally I asked for my money back. They have stipped responding to mails since then. Customer care is only via chat and they also have standard line that it will take time to process refund. Its already one month since I asked for refund. Clear frauds. Why they are allowed to have online...
