cash not dispensed but amount debited

I was in mid of transaction from pnb atm near me when electricity got cut and my cash didn't dispensed but amount was debited of rs 10000 and i logged a complaint to customer helpline [protected] they gave a response that issue will be solved in 7 working days but its already 10 days and i have not got my refund my complaint number is
Sr a[protected] and cgrms on their website is [protected]
I have mailed them several times and...

money debited but cash not dispensed from dcb 09316 atm

I went for withdrawal of rs. 3000 on[protected] from dcb 09316 at new ashok nagar block a, but unfortunately it is shown that "request timed out", again i tried, then it is shown that "cannot be processed due to insufficient funds" after that i got a message on my registered no. That your account is debited with rs. 3000 but the cash wasn't dispensed.
Please resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible....

Mane mobiqwik app me 20 rupay add lat raha tha otp bhardi par rupay add nahi hua aur rupay cut gaya mere bank account se
398 rupay ke sath bhi esa hua but 've to tabhi credit ho gaya parantu 20 nahi aye
So my balance refund in my bank account. Ok solve...

automatic teller machine

I tried to withdrew rs 10000 from pnb atm but transaction ended up with timed out and cash not dispensed but after 15 minutes i got the message for debit of same amount. I am suprised that most of atm are moneyless nowdays and condition is getting bad by such events.

Already made the complaint to customer care but still not credited after 48 hours.

Please help

debit of amount from saving a/c on non drawal from atm

Sir
I tried withdrawl with my atm card at pnb atm at hamirpur on16th April 2018. The cash could not be withdrawn, showing timedout. But, the amount 15000×2=Rs. 30000 (thirty thousand) debited from the account. Ac no [protected] name Madan Lal Kapil mob. [protected]
Onlinecomplaint was made to pnb onthe same day but no response till now.
I request the Pnb to reverse the wrongly debited amount of Rs. 15000×2=Rs 30000...

money falsely deducted

Dear sir/ma'am,
My name is pushkarsh sinha from bhubaneswar and i made a payment on 17/04/2018 at 17:45:31 through my debit card. The other person didn't recieve any payment as the card machine showed an error but 1000 rupees was deducted from my account and it hasn't been returned to me till now. Please look into this matter and return the money as soon as possible....

poor service for debit card

Sir atm card gum ho gaya hai new card ke liye form bhar kar bank ko diya hai 3 din se bss yahi keh rahe hai ki system nahi chal raha hai kal aa jaana. Kal 4 din ho jaege sir.
Main visually disabled person hu sir
Baar baar bank nahi jaa sakta.
Please help me.

money debited but cash not dispensed

My name is bipasha saikia and i also experienced a similar problem on the 16th of april, 2018 around 5:30pm. I wanted to withdraw a sum of rs.1000 but the transaction failed and the screen displayed “timed out” (Or something like that). I again entered another rs. 1000 and that also failed. Later after 10 mins i got a message from pnb that a sum of rs. 2000 has been debited from my account. It has been two days and i still have not got...

Then i tried in several atms... But i could not get cash... And atm shows the message of bieng temporarily put of service... And after some time i got the messages that my money is debited from 5000... Now i am at loss of rs 5000/only....

I used the Atm of Punjab National Bank of Nawada Metro Station on 9 April, 2018for transacting the amount of 2000 using my SBI debit card but transaction got cancelled. Again i tried and transaction got cancelled. After 1 hour i got to know that an amount of 4000 has been deducted from my account but i have not received it till now. Kindly take immediate action....

false transaction at atm due to error in machine

I want to transact a sum of rs 2000/- from the atm at my local address. But the machine got failed and the transaction didn't happen. Though the money got deducted from my account, it's been a day till i had not got the money.
I didn't understand why bank didn't take responsibility on this kind of atm machines.
Kindly aware of this kind of atm machines.

deduction of balance without my knowledge and permission

My account [protected] is deducted with 1000 and no transaction details are provided by the branch. The transaction was done by the home branch but that day i am not there. Date -17/03018 transaction details:856418.
So please provide me the reason of that withdrawal with some reason either refund my balance. As i have talked with your customer support officers also they told me to visit the home branch for more details...
