I have ordered a Herballea digestive enzymes on 02/02/2021 by Amazon. lt was to be returned by Amazon because of some parcel damaging issue. Amazon initiated the refund on 07/02/2021 and it was expected to come on 12/02/2021. Amazon gave me the reference id (30005110331033142942903) but the Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money. i give you full details with proof via screenshots.

I shopped from Amazon and cancelled the order due to defective product. The amount of 3250/- was refunded from Amazon on 28/01/2021 with the refund refernce # 30005110081008172735932 . But it does not cerdited to my account I contacted the customer care of both PNB and amazon they both are blaming on each other I have done all things that bank asked me to do like visiting branch office and all but it was of no use.

I cancelled two items which I ordered on 4th February. But my refund has not been credited on my bank account. Amazon initiated the refund on 4th and 5th of February which was expected to come by 9th and 10th February respectively. The amounts are ₹ 177 and ₹119.73. Amazon has send me the reference number 30005110351035114917727 but the Punjab National Bank has not still credited my money.
Please help me as soon as possible....

I purchased an item worth rupees 496 from amazon but I canceled it because of some issue. I bought it on 2 Feb and today it is 18 Feb and still, I didn't get the refund credited. I contacted Amazon they gave me a reference id to confirm the issue from the bank. Amazon is telling contact your bank and the bank is telling contact amazon. What should I do now?...

My name is (MD ASHADUL ISLAM) and I had ordered (5299) of RS.Amount(EVOLVE SMARTWATCH ) in Amazon on (2FEB 2021) and after (3FEB 2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (3FEB 2021)

Hello, I had placed an order on Amazon for a product on 3 feb 2021. And it was a prepaid order and the payment was done by my debit card. But later I cancelled that and received a email from Amazon which said that the order has been cancelled successfully and I will receive the refund money in my account till 8 feb but haven't received the money yet on 18 feb. I contacted amazon and they told me that the refund process has been completed...

I purchased a product from Amazon worth Rs. 32990 on 23rd January, and returned it on 1st feb. According to Amazon, the refund was initiated on 2nd feb in my PNB account, but I still haven't received it. PNB customer care service is really poor, they don't provide any information even when I have a refund reference number....

On 30th january, ₹10, 000 debited from my PNB account no:[protected]
For fees transaction via Paytm.
And due to error transaction got failured but my money was not Refunded.

I have orderd the product on 30 jan and order id is[protected]
I got my order on 02-02-21and i asked for return on same day which was later on collected by 03-2-21 and by feb 3 my refund request was initiated but till now i did not receive my refund dated 17-02-21
Amazon provide me my reference id also: 30005410351030153733238 the amount which was refunded is Rs. 518...

Sir/ma'am, I had ordered a phone from Amazon Rs 11078/- on 29th of Jan. Next day I cancelled it. Refund has been refunded by Amazon but doesn't creadit in my account...I did complain in amazon as well as in pnb but no effect seen till date.
Kindly look into this matter...
