about burning of block of meter

Is g57cf720589w, it's block has been burnt, one of your man came and started direct supply and suggested me to write a detail application to your office and also demanded rs.800/-as fee for change of meter when i enquired about receipt he assured to give next morning. Now i request you to do the necessary action so i request you to change my meter as soon as possible.

complaint against broken meter box.

My meter was dis-connected and on making full payment the meter was installed. But in the next bill they have charged the arrear and no reason is explained after asking fro the office.
Duty clerks are not listening and no reason is giving and simply saying this is the due amount...

change the main wire from meter to home

July ka bill galat reading k karan pspcl ne cancel kr k mujhe mujhe 6 sept mein 6500rs thek ka bill diya (July and aug) 2 month ka. Jo mein ne cash counter pai pay kiya. Or oct mein fir se bill de diya 73 days ka 5500. Jab bill 06 sept -09 oct ka banta hai.. Uper se sdo ne jise bola tha bat karna b ata....
