Hello, Now still the issue is same, social media from reliance they just calling and asking me the quire y and disconnecting the call. now Email Team (Dhananjay Dandekar) is following my email mentioning some other smart card no which is Smart Card number[protected]. but my smart card no is[protected] i appreciate reliance having a wonderful team while resolve issue they have been created issue . He has mentioned that, As checked and verified in our records We have not found any complaint for service charge and technician misbehavior. again here i had given the complaaint error 200 which means unsubscribed channel they have deducted my complete amount from account i raised the complaint but here Email Team (Ms Smita Wadkar ) wrote pls find below mentioned mail ear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated November 19, 2015 for your Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number[protected]. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We will need to refresh your Set Top Box/Smart card, which requires the Set Top Box to be in 'ON' mode.     My registered mobile no is [protected] and i have not used my set top box for the last 1.5 years because i was in hong kong and when i returned to india and opened my set up box it is showing first time installation then i selected language and signal strentgh is also good, when it comes to refershing channel list it shows error type 2. i also contacted customer care they engineer will visit and will charge rs 175 but i am not ready to pay this beacuse i have not touched dish or set top box and my house was locked when i was not here.

      My Smartcard number is[protected]. I'm getting error 400 from more than a week even though it is not raining. First, I called customer care n 13th Nov to complain, they told that it will be resolved in a day. Later I raised a complaint on 16th Nov and raised a complaint. when I called again on 17th Nov to check status, i was told that the SR was closed automatically, and they raised new SR. But till today technician did not respond to the complaint. I'm calling customer care daily, and daily they will assure that it will be resolved before 8pm or we will give call back.. But both doesn't happen.. Whatever service it may be from reliance, say datacard or smartcard or sim card, Best response that they give is "complaint is in solving stage, please wait". But complaint will never resolve.. I'm facing same issue with my reliance datacard.. i'm not able to connect yo net at home from the day i got the Datacard, due to signal issue.. It has been more than 6 to 7 months.. Still my complaints are in solving stage... "THE WORD RELIANCE SIMPLY MEANS WORST WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE".

      Technician replaced receiver and charged 250 for the same. After that we are able to see the picture but it is getting struck most of the time. And also i was informed by customer care executive that they will not daily charges from account from the day of raising SR to the date SR getting closed. I raised SR on 17th Nov and it got resolved on 24th Nov. But daily charges were deducted from my account. I called customer care and informed about picture getting struck and amount deduction. They had put my call on hold for very long time and later disconnected the line. This happens most of the time eith the executive. If they can't my question, they will say "pls be on hold, i will check" and they will keep in hold for more than 10 min and then disconnect. Please provide proper solution for me

        I own a reliance digital connection (smart card no.[protected], my account has been suspended multiple times though I have recharged for Rs. 750/- in the last 3 weeks and multiple times my account has been wrongly debited and account has been suspended for lack of balance, though I have recharged for more than what is required. I recharged for Rs. 400/- on 24.10.2015 at 8.04pm and activated Gold Pack for my account for which my account was appropriately debited, but 3 days later my account was converted into Parent-Child Connection and since then my account is being debited daily also for the same gold pack, therefore I am paying twice during the same month for the same service I am availing. I have spoken dozens of times with their customer care representatives to explain this issue, but they seem to not find the rs.400/- recharge that I did, they say its not updated in our system as a result of which my account has been suspended. Each time I speak to the customer care I am being promised that my issue is genuine and I will be refunded the amount in 24hours, but almost a month has passed but their 24 hours promise fails every single day. I have also sent them an email on [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com about the same with screenshot of the sms they sent me upon my recharge, to which their standard response has been that my complaint will be resolved in 4hours, but there is no action till date. They have failed each and every promise they made. My account has been suspended 6 times since the day I purchased their service (04.09.2015) though I have recharged my account sufficiently, due to negligence in their service. I am having to go through this agony since the day I purchased this connection. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a Reliance Digital Tv connection, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they are not even able to resolve an issue for which I have provided all evidence and still they dont have the will to resolve the issue.

        I had to speak to various supervisors, team leader and then supervisor of the team leaders, it was a very painful experience, they took almost a month to resolve such a simple thing.

          Year after year when we have to recharge we need to call the customer care service and inform the pack details after payment. Every year I face the same issue the customer case agents are rude and the service is PATHETIC. They do not bother to listen what we are asking and are not bothered to solve the issue, just in the hurry to get over with the call. They do not inform in advance of any charges that they deduct from out balance and in the end when we recharge for the pack they say no balance ask them for the deduction all they say is its as per policy. Agree its policy but do explain what the policy is, which they do not have and answer and just respond saying - thank you for calling have a good day.

                Dear sir my smart card no :[protected]. we have call log against service request no is[protected] date 6 November 2015 for network lost/not working . but after 48 hours technician has come . after every next i was follow to customer care number[protected] but no any person/ buddy take responsibility at service and give the reply request forward to senior person but till date technician is not come . service request no :[protected] . this is bad service for this matter .

                  Hello i have raised two complaint against to reliance big tv support, today again they have charged 250rs, and they are asking to recharge 500rs to resume service, while deducting amount they not even ask one time also that's their own when they need they deducted the amount from customer account and their technician asking additional amount for visit and they giving their no for all dth provider to call him direct and give him amount in hand not to reliance, they are cheating to their team only so how can i accept that they do justification with us.

                    I am facing problem in my Reliance BIG TV that some of Channels like ZEE TV, AAJ TAK, not showing from last 15 Days on my TV error getting 400. Regarding this I called to customer care to refresh my channels on 16-Oct-15. but they denied to refresh my Channels and disconnect the call.
                    I was faced same problem before 1 month which was resolved after refresh channels. now customer care said that this is not possible without engineer visit.
                    Request you to please ask Reliance customer care to refresh my channels, and ask him that why can all the channels showing if hardware problem.

                    I hv Reliance BIG TV connection[protected] and for the last more than amonth I hv not bn able to watch even a single channel. Earlier Error 400 was reported which continued for 15-20 days and finally they started showing some channels (many of the channels were discontinued) after 3 days, they stopped showing all the channels. A remark" no signal" is appearing on the TV screen when we switch on. This problem was reported to the customer care who confirmed this as a common problem to all their customers and would take 3-4 dys to solve, But even after 10 days the problem still remain and they are not able to give a definite solution. This is a serious issue even after collecting full 1 year subscription I hv been able to watch the programme hardly for 1 month. Either Reliance should come out and clear the matter to thei rclients, whether they hv tomake alternative arrangements, or will they be able to restore the channels. Please treat this matter as serious and urgent.

                      Hi, I made a complaint to big tv customer care through email and phone call, It has been a very horrible experience with them and their service. I had no other option but ended up raising my concern over here. Looking for your help. Very disappointing service. I had given complaint for channel related we were not able to view the channel from since 15 days given a complain twice, technician visited and charged around 700rs but till issue not resolve Unnecessary they charging, and not giving a proper responds their Nodel officer email team customer care all are worst . pls look into this i have sent so many email but issue not resolved.                         This is the second time which i am writing complaint, we didn't use the service from since 2 weeks because of error 400, and given complaint after 4 days around 10 pm technician had visited and just he fixed one net volt for that they have charged 350 saying re-installation and they deducted complete amount from my account when i recharge again the same problem i called again technician has not visited after 5 days i received sms that for LNBF 150rs deducted, till i am facing the same problem again they asking me to recharge 250rs total i have given to technician 700 rs., till now no one has come. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not recommend reliance digital to anyone. Note there customer care and email team and also nodel officer team ignoring this and asking me to remove the connection, i m readdy but they are asking cable antina free of cost for removing .

                        From since 1 year i am facing a issue with reliance Big tv, Technician is very much rude don't have a seance to talk and i am surprised their Nodal officer team and Email team are also same, same on team working with reliance, now because of them Reliance is a worst service in India, Absolutely pathetic service. I would not recommend reliance digital to anyone.

                          Hi, I have registered a complaint in reliance digital customer care regarding channel not working in morning cause of error 400 signal lost complaint no[protected]. But no one is visited for rectification and send msg o[censored]r issue is resolved and its charged 175.its false closure by reliance digital TV .pls take it seriously.

                            Our reliance big TV started showing error 400 message on 9th November 2015. From that time I have called them atleast 10 times and everytime I get the same answer that it will be attended to shortly. My complaint number is[protected] which was sent to me by sms on 10th November 2015. They claimed to send some technician within 48 hrs i.e within 12th November. Today is 14th november and till now no one has come. Absolutely pathetic service. I would not recommend reliance digital to anyone. Please note that these days were Diwali holidays and we missed all the programmes inspire of paying our subscription for one year in advance. Horrible experience. I sent an email to customer care and no response for that too. Very bad attitude towards customers.

                                On 6th November 2015 our service was suspended without informing. Then we called Reliance customer care to find the the reason for solution. The customer executive told us to "file a complaint so that the technician will visit our home and sort out the problem and find a solution". Then we registered a complaint. The next day technician called us. But as we were out of the home for an emergency, the technician told us to file a complaint again. And sunday i.e., 8th nov we got a message saying that we have to pay Rs.450 to continue the service. Then immediately I called the customer care to find the reason, but they are not responding to our call.

                                  I asked for a address change and installation of big tv from bangalore to noida. 350 rs deducted which is higher than others but ok. engineer calls and says will come at 10 am . comes at 12 pm which is 2 hours late. I am having all the parts except for small 2-3 screws. he says he will not be able to install as I am not having screws . So he tells me to install a new one and pay 550 (just because screws are not there, i have to pay 550), which is no cooperation. I asked him to wait for 15 mins till then i call customer care. he is not waiting, talking arrogantly. goes without waiting. I call customer care, they say everything will be ok and if any part, no money will be deducted. I also complain about this engineer's attitude with his name and cell no same engineer calls next day and comes with all the things. he installs new dish only, other parts old one only and then goes... dont know why as I am having working dish and . after that i get a message that my money 550 deducted ... I call customer care they are also now changing statements... 1 minute they say they will repay the money ..after some time they say they will not. they did not lodge any complaint against that engineer.

                                    Hi, My Reliance Big TV Number is[protected]. We recharged Rs.400 to our account on 26th October 2015. On the next day, we received a confirmation call at 10.15 AM about the recharge we had done. They had asked whether we were facing any problem on their service. As we were facing some 400 error on some times (only few), we explained this situation to their service women & they had asked us to register a complaint.

                                    As we have no good knowledge on how to register a complaint, we requested them to register themselves regarding this problem and we even said kindly don't take any amount on our balance if you are registering a complaint. As soon as they registered the complaint, we received the confirmation message stating that

                                    "Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No is[protected]. Our engineer will touch you within shortly".

                                    After some hours, we received a call from their company about the complaint that was registered few hours back. We explained the problem & he asked whether he can come on the same day to rectify the problem. As there was no one on the home, we told to come on the next day.

                                    On the next day, we got a call again & he asked us about coming on the day to resolve the issue. This time there was a problem in our house and we asked him to come after 2 days.

                                    He called us again after 2 days & we informed him to not come as we were not facing the issue and said we will inform you, in case if its happened again.

                                    Then suddenly we got a Message stating that the issue has been resolved and closed the request with service charge as Rs.175 (WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM). We called him again about, how he can change the status as resolved without doing anything.

                                    (All this conversation happened via Phone)

                                    To recall, we recharged Rs.400 and Reliance Big TV took all those money.

                                    We contacted Reliance BIG TV again, and the customer care assured he will surely refund the money within 2 days. But, there was no response or refund from their site.

                                    Actually we had put those 400rs for monthly pack but as our recharge balance was took by Reliance Big TV, now we couldn't see the TV now as the subscription was end and there was no money in our account balance.

                                    Again we called them on 6th November 2015 i.e 2 days back, they again said we accidentally charged those money twice, we will surely refund you. Then they said they recharged, now you can see the TV. When we were in call, the channel was suddenly came and we said thank you for the service.

                                    After 4 days, now we try to view any channel, it says subscription ended and even we got the message about subscription end. YOU FOOLED US!

                                    EVEN NOW WE CAN'T VIEW ANY CHANNEL. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER? WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE FOR NOT SOLVING A SIMPLE ISSUE EVEN WHEN THEY CROSSED 2 WEEKS?

                                    A Poor Customer Care ever i've seen. Kindly look this issue at least now and pl refund. Then only we can view the channel.

                                      Recharged reliance digital tv for a platinum pack of 430. Apart from this, I have been a customer for the past 6 years. I usually go for a yearly recharge of Gold Pack. Half of the channels are not telecasted. The channels come with an Error 400. I tried resolving the issue with the customer service representatives. The CSRs I talked to were not able to help me on this. All together I had to call 4 times. Each time somebody received my call, took my recharge issue and asked me to wait for 2 hours. When I raised the complaint of Error 400 that persisted for over a year, One CSR said that they will send a technical guy to resolve the issue but I will have to pay 175 for that. When I asked why, he did not provide a valid answer. Furthermore, when I asked him to transfer the call, he transferred but I was kept on hold for nearly 15 minutes. Nobody responded after that. The second time I called, the CSR said he would transfer the call and again nobody responded for 20 minutes. The third time, I asked the CSR not to transfer or put me on hold but to ask the floor supervisor to talk on the same line. The floor supervisor (not sure if he was) disconnected the call in between. The fourth time when I called, the CSR said there is no floor supervisor at all and I insisted on talking to the manager for which he said there is no manager as well.
                                      My issue was never resolved.

                                      Resolution: I need a refund, and also an apology from reliance for non delivery of services. I also want them to pay for all the channels that have not been telecasted for the past one year for the payments I have made. I am aware of my rights as a consumer and would like the company to face stricter action. The CSRs I have spoken to and the time of the call and call log can be got from the consumer number I have provided. I want the floor supervisor and the CSRs to face action for their conduct.
                                      I also would like to have my call log, call details sent to my registered email id.
