Not at all happy with the staff of reliance fresh as they don't tell the various offers before billing they tell about them at the time of billing thereby wasting our time and the most important thing is when any brand offers product combination such as maggi free with maggi sauce then they don't give the free thing with the product even after having it. Sometimes customer buys a particular product just because of the offer such as product...

double payment made

On 21st april 2018 i purchased some items from reliance fresh - near ayyappa temple, sm road bangalore - 560015, the utid is r) 121801 @ 12.14 time and approximate bill value is rs. 1097.47, and i swiped my debit card and it was deducted from my bank two times with the same amount.

Kindly look into this and let me know how to collect the double payment.

First of all after a discount mentioned on wipro wash, they refused to a discount.. I[censored] can't give a discount they wht is the need to show on wall. B coz a normal person see scheme which are mentioned there and by this customer decides what they purchase... And same day i purchased a cadbury lickables......

frozen food

I visited reliance fresh store at motera, ahmedabad and bought select frozen peas (Buy one and get one free). The counter man gave me one packet of frozen peas and added the price of two packet in my bill though it was written buy 1 and get 1 free. This happened to me second time. The people are just cheating to the customers.
Another height when i tried to contact customer care all the time they gave me phone number which is not valid.br...

price variation and the store manager misbehaviour

I went to your store today (13/04/2018) in west mogappair chennai to buy a maggi hot & sweet tomato ketchup.in your display they mentioned 78 rupees but they charge me 98 rupees i asked your store manager but he is soo rude to me and using abusive words. I have photo proof and bill. I hope you make further action and reply to me. Otherwise i'm going register a complain with consumer court.

double swipe of debit card for my purchase

Purchase made in reliance fresh hennur main road, bangalore.
Amount spent - 669.44
Purchased on 8th april 2018.
Debit card payment.
Acknowledgement wasn't received in the first swipe hence swiped again, but twice amount has been deducted from my account.
Have followed up with the manager here, but in vain.
Please help to get the deducted amount back to my account.

scam that is going on in your retail stores

Sir, this is shashank erukulla. I am from warangal. As you know that your retail stores are giving offers when we use visa cards for paying the bill. Your retail stores employees entered into an agreement with other small shops and selling all goods to that shops using visa cards i. E 33.5% off on every bill of 300. Your employees are getting commission from other shops and your offers are not reaching final customers...

inferior customer service

Customer service is not satisfactory. Never found any person to customer help to found any prduct. Found all the salesman gathered in store room but not ready for help after request. Many times we complainets to cash counter but not careful.
Products is not available in store as per display. Products price is different from displaying offers.
We can say no one is there to help customers....

no delivery of order and v arrogant behaviour of staff

I had purchased an order of rs6000 on 7th april 2018 at 2pm and was guranteed an assured delivery by 6pm.
However upon not getting the order by 6:30pm i called d store people as i had to leave home by 8pm.

incorrect weighing machines

Just had a bad experience with reliance fresh.

Purchased some baby corn from the store at chalakudy. The weight as per the electronic weighing machine kept amongst vegetables was 0.505 kg whereas they put 0.588 in bill. The billing staff didn't even respond when i asked them to recheck. The approach was very unfriendly. misbehaviour with female customers

The security guy insulted my mom and told her to keep her bags outside in the rack and even checked her bag while allowing others to carry their empty bags inside the store. raw rice type sona masuri 10 kg packing
