Not available online booking in Digha-kolkata Route

Since 1 month ago there is no online
bus booking service available through Sbstc App which is much needed in this corona pandemic situation. I have tried a lot to book several times but every times gets failed. When I visited Esplanade bus stop there was so much crowd that no physical distancing can be evaluate. Although in other route online booking service is available. Overloading of passengers beyond the no. Of sears

In the bus route of Asansol to kolkata starting at 2.05 pm bus no. 6772 the conductor allowed a lot of passengers to board the bus from bardhaman although there were no more seats in the bus, in this time of pandemic situation is such a case justified...aren't you people cared of our safety...why so much crowding despite of no seats in the bus...

Non availability of Employee at Ticket counter

Address: Esplanade (Counter no 10) for Advance booking

Today is the 2nd time I have come for an advance booking of my ticket to Bakreswar Thermal Power Plant. My trip is scheduled for Monday and I came to book an advance ticket on Saturday and I was sent back after being told that the booking cannot be done sooner than Sunday. Money Refund Complaint

Today ON 28 October 2020, in the morning hours I booked ticket from Kolkata to Arambagh (Non-Stop) VIA Internet Banking. However, the money has been deducted but no tickets were been booked. The number which is provided on the website is pretty much useless (i.e. [protected]). But luckily their Watsapp number is working so raised the issue there. Misleading bus service

There is a by pass road on NH-6 at Panskura to avoid congestion for goods trucks. But some SBSTC buses try to skip the panskura bazar bus stand by following by pass road. On 16/10/20 during my journey ticket no-CD[protected] inspite of my repeated request the state owned bus did not drop me at panskura bazar .We the inhabitants of panskura municipality strongly condemn this deliberate wrong attempt. Conductor behavior

The bus was from karunamoyee to durgapur at 2.00 pm on 20.10.20 I bought two tickets. Seat no 34 and 35. The conductor took standing passengers. It was his problem why he took them. If this is a government passenger bus then why seats are booked according to numbers. In this covid 19 season I do not want anyone to sit beside me. I want a safe distance. But the conductor argued that we cannot buy two tickets. Please show me where this rule...

Delay in starting and reaching destination

I have ticket number DP[protected] from asansol. They started bus late and reached the destination (durgapur) late by 15 min that cause my attendance in office got absent. Kindly resolve that issue so that we can't face such problems further. Kindly run buses on time

Refund of booking amount as no booking of tickets but amount deducted

Address: South bengal state transport corporation (BURDWAN)

I had tried to book bus tickets for kolkata Esplanade from burdwan on[protected]two times attempts) and an another on today i.e[protected], but none of the tickets were booked but amount deducted from my account of canara bank debit card (details attatched in screenshots /photos) savings a/c no[protected] in the name of Juin Das.
Till now no refund is given.

Passenger overloaded

Address: Esplanade sbstc depo

Bus route Jamuria to esplanade via durgapur, date - 12/10/2020, bus number WB39B2941, BUS seats full but this bus stop all stoppage, more then 15 passengers are standing, without tickets, conductor ask passengers u want ticket either less money ticked rate.
When i ask conductor why extra passengers are allowed covid time, conditioner reply me its not your business, many more parcel also there...

Whats is this ????...

Taking extra passengers during Covid

During Covid-19 pandemic, all the sbstc buses are overloading passengers which is severely dangerous for all the passengers. Over-crowding buses during a pandemic is against government guidelines. Since SBSTC is not abiding by any protocol - be it sanitization or maintaining the possible social distance, they have recently been kicked out of RedBus. The authority must do something at this point....

I am complaining for staff's misbehaving

I call sbstc asansol depot [protected] for enquiry purpose at 9:45 pm.staff behaving very rudely and use abusive words. He don't know manners and how to behave with a person. If you can please take action. Hope you will take a legal action....

On 18/09/2020 sbstc bus having number wb 39, 1680 karunamoyee to chuchura left karunamoyee on 5pm and there are 10 to 15 passenger who started their journey just after the bus stand were doing force new passenger to stand while there was number of seat vaccant, they pick their familir passenger from different stopages. Conductor were silent. It seems that they are compacted (Used to) with rs 15 per head upto chuchura instead...

Violation of basic civil rights

Just to be on the safer side while travelling in this pandemic, I have booked two tickets for me to travel in a safe way while maintaining social distancing. service related to kolkata to haldia

I want to know the services for haldia is becoming too difficult and there is huge rush in running services. Only three services are there and there will be minimum 100 passengers every day mainly last bus. Do we have any information for same. We are making our life more complicated for these types of situations. I am sure people are suffering for this transportation issues....

Misbehave with me and my wife.

I asked for 2 tickets from Burdwan to santragachi at 6.30 am at Burdwan nababhat sbstc bus ticket counter for 7.35 am bus. But I have only 500 rupee note. I I had requested him kindly accept this for tickets rent. But he said loudly that '' ja korer a6e kore nin, Ami kno ticket debo na''. Finally my wife came infront of me and asked for tickets. Then he given us 2 tickets . I am presently resident doctor at Burdwan medical college and hospital....

Money deducted for online ticket booking, but ticket not booked

This is to inform that while online booking a ticket for one of my friend who would be travelling, the session got expired. Money was deducted from bank, however the ticket is not generated. Now while checking the history, transaction is not showing.
