Suddenly close the plan after 6 years premium

This is ravikumar from chrompet, chennai. I was a member in star from 2009. I was not in station when the renewal date and when i sent the cheque for renewal, i heared through ms. Daisy arokiamary. K it was rejected by star team because non continue and more claim by me. And she instruct me for a new policy and i accept. Then she fill the form and take a cheque from me for 13, 587 (Thirteen thousand five hundred eighty seven) on 08.04.2017....

Non receipt of medical cashless card against policy no. P/231114/01/2017/001523.

Despite being insured for almost one year, i haven't got my card. This is a serious issue and needs to be settled on priority. Rude behavior agents in Star Insurance

MRI scan film

Denial of a claim for a shoulder surgery stating that it is per-existing and they cant ascertain the fact

I had a severe fall from a cycle on jan22 2017 and immediately shown the doctor next day and after the MRI scan was advised a arthroscopic shoulder surgery which has been declined by the insurance company. Not replying after purchase of policy

I had purchased star health family optima plan in the month of november but in between the process after medical diagnosis, I disapproved policy and sent mail to starhealth to discontinue it but now they are not entertaining my calls and not even replying to me.
Person who was looking after my policy and used to call me many times a day, now not responding to it.
This seems like fraudulent activity on their side....
