spam phone calls

I receive phone calls from star health insurance on regular basis on my phone.
I has become a headache now, even during driving, during meetings and many such occasions. I do not have any idea how they have accessed my number.
I have tried a solution for this in their website and other portals, none of those helped to sort this issue out.
Kindly help to block this call from star health insurance

regarding claim

My company is insured with star health insurance noida and i submitted my claim on 26th november and as per there policy the amount should be refunded back to you with 15-21 working days but its nearly about 2 months i haven't received any of my two claim and person working with star health and unison daily say to me that my claim is settled and amount will be refunded to me by 10 january but now its 19 january i haven't received...

scamming money from senior citizens

I bought senior citizen red carpet policy for my dad. Now my dad is in hospital, i registered for a cashless process from the hospital. Instead of approving the process, they sent their agent to talk to my dad soon after his operation and took signatures from him without understanding his condition. Now they deny the claim by saying the patient had on and off chest pain for past 6 months,

I had admitted my wife in emergency in hospital at 2.30/midnight as per doctors recommendation due to sever weakness and fever and was discharged after 3 days. When i submitted the bills for reimbursement star health rejected the claim saying that the treatment could be done out of hospital at home also.

guidance given by your people my claim got rejected its just cuz your people mit hav guided wrong jus to fill their or company's

All the documents submitted as said aftr visiting 4 offices of jio star health
Even in your website you hav nt mentioned proper address travellng expnse was paid by me which took almost 3000 rs.
Aftr confirming on cal at simandhar eye care i askd them to do the operation.

mandibular cyst operated which is termed by star health as dental treatment.

Star health insurance is the biggest cheater who keep their customers in a dark and harassed them at the time of their claim.
Who goes for a dental treatment? If there is any kind of problem one faces with his teeth. But if one suffers from sudden tooth ache attack and when goes for treatment he realise that it is some other problem... He has to go for surgery for mandibular cyst which is unavoidable which your company gives the name...

cashless settlement not done

Myself and my mom admitted in hospital opting cashless facility.

The discharge summary was sent to star health around 12:38 afternoon today. But after making many calls my settlement was done in the evening. But still my mother settlement is not done.

We are waiting in the hospital, no treatment nor needles not removed from our hands unless the cash is settled.
