surrender of credit card

I have had SBI credit card [protected].I had surrendered the card by cut in to four pieces, droped in the drop box at S.SColony, Madurai branch(27/02/2008).
Today i received new credit card from SBI for me and my wife, which i never asked from SBI.
Tell me how to surrender these cards?...

Poor service!

I have open an NRE account with your Silchar Branch, PARK ROAD SILCHAR-1, which comes in the state of Assam.

fields not shown in the print out

When i was filling the form i have already filled the centre code and all the field in first page when i click to the continue button the centre code New delhi not shown. secondly i have already fill the percentage of 12th or graduate level but the percentage is not shown in 12th standard or graduation fields are not shown. Can i change or fill these fields which is recuired in future when i will give the exam....

Deficiency in Customer Service as regards Loan Applied

Two Registration No & passwords

I have received twice the Registeration No & Passwords but none of them is working at the time of taking the print out of application form the error occures

Behaviour of sbi staff at BKC

Withdrawl money taken back by ATM

I Pravin kumar singh account no.of Sbi [protected] did an ATM withdrawl on 29th april 08 at about 8.23pm.But there is some problem with that SBI ATM of Bikash Bhawan, salt lake kolkata, so from my withdrawn 15000 R, only i was able to collect 14500 RS.only, and rest 500RS.taken back by ATM and my withdrawl slip showed 15000RS debit.i went to Jeevandeep branch of SBI, kolkata and given an application to solve my problem on 08.05.08., then...

Worst Customer treatment in SBI

I went SBI (Udhagamandalam) branch for opening a savings account on[protected]Monday) .But due to shortage of manpower, they said that the account openings can be done only after Wednesday. Cheating regarding Settlement of my Dues.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Himangshu Agarwal, writing on behalf of my father Mr. Ramesh Agarwal.

He is carrying an SBI Credit Card, but due to some reason he could not pay his dues in time. They asked him about the settlement, & when he agreed, they were suppose to give us a settlement letter within 7 days which they did not give till next one month due to which he did not deposit money in his account for cheque...
