symphony limited air cooler pump not working

I purchased symphony diet 12t cooler in mar'19. Currently the water pump seems to be not working. I logged the complaint cn[protected] and waited for response but didn’t get any.

When i didn't get any response, i tried to reach them multiple times, they would inform me that it would be resolved the same day but nobody would turn up. I have been getting same response from them for the past week.

ice cube 17i - service & spare parts

I had purchased symphony ice cube 17i 18 months back and all the sudden it stopped working. Registered a complain with symphony and after so many follow-ups (Morethan 4 days) technician came and checked the product.

cooler service/ spares not available

I have raised a cooler service request number bl[protected] on april 1, 2019 and before this one complain on 23 mar, 2019 which was closed without even contacting me. The call centre callers are fraud as they cannot provide date and time for the technician to be available. The mode of operation of the company seems to be do not provide service and spares in the open market and force the consumer to buy new product instead of getting maintenance....

pathetic service

Later on the customer executives closed the ticket stating customer not reachable for which I don't think I got any calls from Symphony. delay in providing warranty service

I logged a complain regarding the air cooler diet-50i (Which is still in warranty). They gave me a complaint id dl[protected]. But, they are not fixing it. Whenever i call them they put me on hold for 15 minutes and give me a standard reply that they will escalate this issue with their manager. It has been more than 15 days since i logged the complaint....
