I have raised a request 06927809 for foreclosure letter and lod for which i was promised that will be received in 14 working days. I was then promised that i would receive the documents by 11th march 2018 monday by 7:00 pm which they failed to amend on and the request was closed commenting as resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable by a firm like yours. I demand for immediate action and delivery of my required documents....

personal loan preclosure charges put, while taking they had said, there is no pre closure charges

While taking they had said there is no preclosure charges. In the sanction letter also it's written 0%.
