I am complaining about my refund of cancel flight

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 7th july 2021 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but every time they have provided excuses and status is still same even after 75 days of booking cancellation. Refund amount not received for tickets cancelled in July

We have booked 2 tickets on July 3rd and instantly received call saying tickets were cancelled due to operational issues. Did not receive refund till now. Made multiple calls to Customer care and always receive and that money will be credited in another 5 to 10 days. Now the customer care number also not working...

I have booked 10 tickets on July 08th 2021. Out of 10 tickets 7 tickets are cancelled by Travolook just because of price increment.

I have been requesting them for my Refund amount almost 35000 Rupees INR.

No one is answering my call and not responding for my mails....

Flight Ticket Money Given but did not receive the ticket

I haven't received any confirmation on my flight. They booked the ticket and it shows its processing. No one picking up the call neither i am getting any response on mail. These thefts have kept the money with them....
