Your customer care executives utter all kinds of excuses and non nonsensical things to prove nothing went wrong. I have 2 vodafone corporate connection. I was previously under plan 99 rental which was the benefit of 100 mints of any local call free. But last month my plan has been converted to 149 rental without notifying me and that plan has 100 mint of local vodafone to vodafone free call only.
