Still I have not received any reply from Vodafone. Instead they have sent an email from a lawyer threatening action if we dont pay within 7 days.

We cannot pay Rs. 2500 when we have not even made calls for Rs.300. From where do Senior Citizens pay such high bills. This is just extraordinary amount charged. They have been doing this for 4 months and then reducing it to Rs.300 to Rs.400.

Complete Fraud! That's what Vodafone India is all about. You promised to maintain my 15 year old Airtel number's credit limit during porting and then gave me a 4, 000 credit limit. I have called on 198 to register this complaint multiple times. Every time I've had a 30 - 40 minute conversation and conveniently, just before the complaint number is generated, the call gets disconnected. Pathetic. Did not expect this from Vodafone! Fraudsters....
