I have a bad experience as I was taking 20 boxes and my hamali amount was only 200 but they charged me 500 when i asked them they have gave me in writing but they deduct only 180 rupees and also they loss me for 120 and also they are so rudely talking...

Dear sir We booked the material of 27th aug from ambala to Bangalore door to door delivery but still there material not receive on Bangalore hub.
this is government material please take action and delivery the materials ASAP.

I am regular customer of VRL.
The staff at karolbagh is very rude and cheaters they are charging more than the prescribed.
For books it is 7-8 rs but they are telling like 16rs
For clothes they are telling like 24-25 rs.
If you dont control your bottom line workers it will bring you bad reputation and sometime leads to collapse of trust in people...

Vrl logistics rajhans transport nagar kadodara suraj gujrat booked 20 barrels of lubricatng oils from kingzone luricants and automotive via consignment note number [protected]. Dt.29.07.2022 to adg corporation west bengal.

While delivering the products they delivered 19 brls of the same .They are not compensating for short materials supplied.

This is regular practice with vrl logistics suraj branch .Last time...

Dear sir, Please note my consignment no [protected] reached Indore on 24/08/2022 which contain urgent medicine. After repeated telephonic follow up at local office ( Lohamandi Indore) not responded still lying at godown and giving false feedback. Even company assigned customer care no. n E mail not responded. Now What to do ? Please advise.I has become nightmare. Such a unprofessional n irresponsible team....

They will call you constantly to avail their service and once they pick up the luggage, after that they charge wat too much extra money. They don't tell about those charges before pickup...

We were tracking our consignment LRno.[protected] which showed reached salem on 20th but till 22nd was not despatched to coimbatore. So we tried to contact salem office as per Google search. Since no response from the provided number we tried another number written tollfree [protected] which was given in comments.He responded immediately introducing himself as VRL staff and inquired all the details. We have informed the Kottayam to track the one packages. VRL kottayam said to follow with VRL Salem. Inspite of several follow up with Salem Branch no response. Nobody is taking serious to track the material. Since this the Railway RDSO inspected material...

Our supplier booked a parcel on 28/07/2022, from Tirupur. The parcel (tracking [protected]) reached SALEM From tirupur and from there it is not moving. When i complained they updated on 4th, that it is loaded from SALEM To Vijayawada. Today again on 9th they updated it is loaded from SALEM to Vijayawada. How many days we have to wait, as the parcel is not moving from SALEM and i contacted customer care they are forwarding to SALEM TPT but...

My parcel received today 30 July and he told me office will open in 5pm. After reached in office 6 pm the office is closed and I called sachin he told me I will come 1/2 hr. So we Wait 6.30 . Your worker at vrl logistics karikuan branch varanasi are so bad and rude to the extent that they ready to fight with customer mad people
They say they will charge freight of 20 kg goods as per 50kg 60 kg and after that they say " it's on your mood if we wish we will charge as much as we can and you can't do any thing want to book material book it otherwise go to hell"" these are their language
