on[protected] i canceled my ticket. After that I got the information within 7 work days, my amount will be refunded by my bank a/c, But still the amount is not credited. i called to so many VRL customer care, but i am not getting proper solutions. it's totally bad services giving to customer. they cheating to customer amount.

MR. Vaibhav (mob no- [protected]) sent parcel of 500 soaps to me via VRL Logistics courier (AWB no- [protected]) on 09.12.2021 from Dehradun to Muzaffarpur. The parcel reached Muzaffarpur office on 16.12.2021. when I contacted my local vrl officials in December, they refused to give parcel saying- they will deliver by January as they have some procedures to do before delivery. i waited whole Jan for the parcel to be delivered. whole feb. still...

Hello I am Manish actually my friend booked a parcel from Dharmapuri Tamilnadu to Nowrozabad in Madhya Pradesh on 5th of March after waiting for pleasant 5 days on 10th I got a call from so-called "VRL Jabalpur" that your parcel came plz take it off and I said what I got a clear reason for that question from here my place to Jabalpur it will be around 140kms so how can I come to that far to take up a big package(6'feet length 6'feet width)...

F28R+Q7C, Vasanthanarasapura, Karnataka 572128 such a worst place for a refreshment, they charging so much for which we won't get the proper hygiene food to eat,
It's a kind request to team pls don't stop 🚍 to such place or else kind request you people to do some mystry audit so u people wil also come to knw what quality they are serving for you

This is to inform you that, today ibhad been to your Godown to pick the stock vide LR no-[protected] of two cases.

While taking the delivery I found one cartoon was damaged and without company wraper, as a result of which I have decided to count the stock.

I wanted to move my bike along with my earphone from kundapura to raichur so I decided to move by vrl logistics. I paid 5780 for the transportation. Hello I’m a girl passenger traveling from Bidar to Bangalore in the bus with bus number KA 25 C 8045 the person is very rude and is misbehaving with the passenger and this was a very unfruitful journey so far I request you to look into the topic the tone and the language of the driver is not acceptable also this incident happened with 4 o[censored]s girl passengers...

VRL Packers & Mover s ., Bangalore ( MANOJ KUMAR ) visited our house and gave a estimate of Rs 19500 ( loading, unloading, fixing bed, toll, insurance, GST ) . Later after loading on 21st Feb he sent a Invoice of Rs 30, 500 & informed he will release the vehicle after paying the payment or all the material will be unloaded on ROAD .
MANOJ KUMAR IS REALLY ###, UNPROFESSIONAL GUY . HOW - VRL SUCH HUGE BRAND IS HAVING THESE KIND...

My consignment was dispatched from banglore city to dharwad and I have recived fully damaged product from the company while transporting may be they have thrown it even we have return that glass handle with care. I have unboxing video of the product that product cost me as 7200 rs. Me and husband were waiting along with our senior citizen parents, at Gokarna cross for the bus on 19th February 2022 since 8.30 pm.The bus was supposed to be at 9 pm and were were tracking the bus and in contact with the driver since 7.30 pm.We were told the bus is on time and will not wait if we are late .But the audacity of the Vrl bus service is it comes at 10.30 pm.We were assured by blatant lie eacch time we called to get updates of...

I had ordered four containers of Honey from Ranchi and the same was sent to mumbai (VRL Logistics, Andheri, Sakinaka) by your concern when i went to collect the same, One container was found to be damage by unprofessionally handled by sakinaka warehouse, mumbai.
if the container was sent by Ranchi firm in a damage condition as said by your Andheri warehouse manager Mr. Kamat, the whole honey would have been spilt and the container...

Dear sir
I would like to inform you I received a parcel from RAJKOT TO BEAWAR (RAJ ); c no is [protected], , got a receipt of rs 331, but at the time of receiving goods ask to pay rs 400, they add, miscellaneous rs 30 and hamali rs 39, where rs hamali / handling charge is rs 20 already add in given receipt.
both the receipt are attached with this mail. is this correct to charge like this.
