I from h t l marketing booked a parcel from jaipur to hubballi with lr no. [protected] dated 14.05.2022 the material has reached hubballi on 25.05.2022.

As soon as the parcel reached hubbali i have been regularly calling to your office @ no.[protected] and their are telling that your lr has been kept aside due to hamal shortage and vehicle issue it has been late and it will be sent soon and till date we have not recieved the...

Am very disappointed with your service. my LR number [protected] . meterial reached erode and am said divert to this to avinashi ...still am not received goods if am track it shows selam tpt ...i called so many times but they didnot response... kindly tell when am get my goods... very urgent requirement.

I had booked parcel from Raichur to Mudhol for above receipt number.
I have been charged Rs 50 to shift goods from your vehicle to your store room.
And there is again charges to shift out goods from your store room to outside.
This happened at VRL logistics, Mudhol.
And they keep all goods in a jumbeled manner and ask us to take our goods, they don't bother to even move other goods which are kept...

VRL logistics (pin-395003) opp. Kohinoor textile market. 2 boys consider themselves as the honour of VRL and talk rudely always when going to deliver the parcle everytime and always making us wait for the single parcle for getting the tocke ..I would consider u to change the staff and take the strict actions against them....

We booked an Item on 6th May2022 to deliver from Khammam, Telangana to Kalamboli, Maharashtra.
Consignment/ tracking number of the item was:.[protected].

The status of item was showing product was in Hyderabad since last 10days.
The item was very important to us, but till now item was not delivered, please try to find where it is and do the needful.

We are waiting from 6pm and your bus delayed 30 minutes n skipped bus stop and your driver behaved rudely n blaming us...we are 1 men n 2 womens traveling with heavy luggages.....

I have given the courier dated 17May2022 at 5.30PM from Hospet to Bellary.
As discussed with courier team in Hospet, They further said that the courier will be reached by 18May2022 evening (Morning will be reached to Bellary hub ie. VRL office and it will be delivered by eve). But they haven't dispatched the courier, But they have forwarded the courier to Gangavathi and they said it will be reached by 19/05/2022 eve or 20/05/2022 evening.br...

We transported Almonds (BADAM) from Mumbai to mancherial on 09/05/2022 after reaching material at mancherial bag was damaged and shortage weight were 500 GMs I asked agent but no response and said this was happened somewhere in vrl not in mancherial TELANGANA I lost amount around 400/ RS...

1) We had handed over our goods to VRL logistics on 5th May, 2022. We started our follow up with VRL customer care from 09/05/2022 as this consignment is very important for us to reach on time. However, since 09/05/2022, our goods are lying in Kanpur. Every day these people are saying will load today and definitely will reach tomorrow. Since today i.e. 14.05.2022, our goods...

Or vanha ke supervisor se baat karte h tou kabhi koi bahana kabi mil nhi rha h karke ghuma rhe h. Or jab manager se baat karne ke liye kahte h tou koi response nhi milta. Kahte h no. Nhi h. Or ye koi nya nhi h pahle bhi 3-4 baar ho chukka h. Kahte h ya tou maal mat lagaoo. 2 baar tou maal ka dameged bhi ho chuka h. Or uska bolte...

I was booking bus from Bangalore to Mumbai on 26/03/2022.While booking amount got debited but booking confirmation was not done.I had to rebook with another transaction .Complaint was raised and also got the response from them that amount will be credited( Order no. VB[protected] within 8 to 10 working days .Now almost month has been passed but till date amount hasn't been credited to my account.
Also tried to call through the customer...

Sir we have booked parcel lr no [protected]
But despite so many followup threw phones I am unhappy with your service that you are giving before .
My parcel is stuck at pune tpt for many days .
No my parcel is stuck at ahmedabad tpt from 4 days despite delivery office is just 33 km away.
I have also mailed you complain .
Please look into matter and give me delivery . It is very urgent thanks...
