I got vrl logistic number from just dial.
I called them ask for quotaion. they send me details on my whatsapp bybyhe name of vrl logistic.

I trust them because VRL IS reputated company. they ask for payment . i transferd money for services.

They cahrged me twice. 2200+3000/-

After payment they are not answering my call or messages.

My shipment from delhi was despatched on 04th January to Kochi with Article number [protected] it has 5 packages but only 4 was delivered and VRL kochi wrote and signed (Seal) on the reciept for 1 package short delivery but even after 25 days i haven't get any feedback and no delivery, I have contacted VRL kochi and VRL delhi severally but no response then i have contacted customer care but ther result was same so kindly do needfull to get...

Hi Team,

I'm supposed to receive a Cargo(Parcel of coffee beans) From Coorg,
The cargo was shipped on Dec 22-2022 a partial package was delivered on 31-Dec-2022.

Press Cutting Works, Ahmedabad, had booked a consignment through VRL Logistics Ltd vide LR No [protected] dated 18.11.22 .

Except for One Bag containing Two Diverter Pulleys 200x10gx8 mm were received by us on 28.11.22.

The value of two Pulleys is Rs 10000/= plus GST .

One month and five days have passed, and irrespective of regular follow up we have not yet received the Lost Parts.

LR# [protected] handover on 15th dec afternoon 12pm but still it has not reached to Surat TPT neither dispatched to Hyderabad TPT. Doesn't know who is responsible for the delay. Is this service provided by VRL? Nobody answers the call. Would highly appreciate if higher management intervn and take neccessary action on the person responsible for it.

Booked on Dated 25-Nov-2022 @ Shapar (Veraval) Rajkot Branch

Parcels are still at booking office.
When we asked for the reason. Staff are not giving reply properly.

Their working system are not reliable.

We and companies like us are tired of their services.

This is regarding LR#[protected] and consignment was reached to destination on 15th DEC 2022 till today @17 DEC 2022 11:07AM not updated and try reaching them on contact number:[protected] auto nagar branch was not lifting the calls tried multiple time no use this is not the first time every time they are not updating us when the consignment reached to destination.I don't understand why are you guys are not updating...

We are regular customers of VRL Logistics and first time we have bad experience regarding parcel damage.

This is my tracking number : [[protected]]. My goods were damaged during transit from delhi to hiriyur (KA). The product had got damaged and is of no use to me.
