I want to draw your attention about your XOLO Service Centers.
C-59, Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar Part-2, New Delhi 110024 near Metro Station.
I go there after ending I year service given by you; and saw my XOLO-One; for display change.
Service Engineer opened my instrument and taken one hour time for detecting problem.
After detecting problem; he said that Screen is not in stock. And it will be arranged tomorrow.
When I said for Amount to be paid ; Istly he said Rs. 2200; then agree with 2000.
Then I argue him that in service center; is it possible bargaining. He told nothing.
I take my instrument. And realizing XOLO after one year service is very poor.
If it continue; then your instruments gone from the market.

    Hello Xolo / Lava,

    This is the complaint against XOLO and Lava Mobile phone company.

    This is to inform you that I would like to launch a complaint against your company and your product. As I was regularly contacting you for the past 2 Months regarding this Hand phone problem.

    You also informed me that, we will solve these issues. But nothing has solved till date. I have been into deep depression due to this problem. Whenever I send mails to you, I am getting fake call from unknown peoples asking my Debit card No. and other bank details. Why this is happening? Already I lost my phone due to useless manufacturing defect. And you replaced me with some other phone with some other manufacturing defect. This is not ending or solving my problem instead creating more. This situation forcing me to launch a complaint in Consumer Court and C.M. Cell through my Advocate. If I am not getting solved from my problem in the next 24 hours, you can take it granted that I am moving forward in launching the complaint, with all the email details and recorded phone communications with you people.

              Worst service ever. I bought xolo play tegra note 2 months ago, on december 11 I submited my tab for usb repair . tablet came after 3 days then i was able to chare my tablet but i was not able to connect the tab to pc via usb nor was able to use OTG cable, only charge tablet, I also noticed that when I inserted styllus it was very rough and i had to push styllus hard to insert it inside . I went to the service center and again the tab on 18 or 19 Dec 2015, then on 7th morning i called xolo service centre located at vashi, new mumbai to inquire about my tab. your receptionist said my tab was ready and i could collect it. I was at my hostel in KHOPOLI. I personally visited service center on same day and what I heard was that tablet was not repaired . I shouted there and asked them to deliver them to me at my play in charger new Mumbai as a penalty for wasting my time. After long time they agreed and I left. Then on 14th jan 2016 I received a message and a call from your service centre that my tablet was repaired and I asked them to deliver at my place . Then on 15th my mom collected the tab . Then now i.e on 16th january 2016 I tried to use the tablet, what I see is that styllus was not going inside and when after trying some time it went inside the styllus hole but wait a second the styllus notification and apps were not able to detect that the styllus was inside . Notification says direct styllus has been removed. Your service centre has ruined my tablet which I bought 2 months ago. I want a refund or replacement for my solo play tablet. Hoping a reply from your end on an urgent basis with positive response. Thank you

              Don't worry XOLO I threw the Tablet in trash after that stylus issue . I bought the tablet because of stylus function. Never in life i will purchase a XOLO product neither will allow any of my family and friends to purchase it . Thank you

                      My 6month old xolo black handset when given for repair in bangalore, jayanagar service center replaced it with a old xolo black handset which is full of scratches. Though my IMEI number is same as my old handset but i can clearly identify that this is not my handset... my handset had not a single scratch or dent and wasnt so old that it would be full of scratches and looks like 2years old phone... i need my original phone back... and if my phone has been replaced with a refurbished phone, why wasnt i intimated on phone... please call [protected] and arrange to give my original phone back. i loved my old phone and i had maintained it like new. i repeatedly informed the xolo service center guys that this is not my phone but they checked the imei number and said its the same phone. i know they have given me an old refurbished handset. what kind of cheating is this. if my handset had to be replaced, why was i given a completely worn out handset? i dont know who will read my complaint but i need my handset back in working condition or a new handset. i will not use this handset and will file a case at the consumer court for cheating customers and not informing or proper procedures while servicing the handset.                               Sir/Madam, I have bought xolo mobile via snapdeal and i got the mobile delivered by 20th nov 2015. Within 15 days o[censored]sing the Touch become irresponsive . After i gave it to the Xolo service center . They have replace the Screen Touch and got it by 4th Jan 2015. Again after 3 days the mobile is not working . What i need is a 100% solution with Replacement of Good Mobile (without any Defects ) .. Bought the Xolo with interest but not had the Mobile for even 20 days in my hand in working stage ...

                                    Hello Xolo Care, Good Day!! Thanks for providing the replacement on my burned XOLO Q1010i phone. I would like to inform you that XOLO have replaced my XOLO Q1010i phone to Lava Iris Alfa L last two week back. After getting the phone I stared facing the problem: "Your Battery Temperature high, please remove the battery. Ignore or Dismiss". If I would like to click on "Ignore" the same message comes within 2 or 3 fraction of seconds again. If I would like to press dismiss then the phone is getting switch off automatically. After that it is getting Switched on after 2 to 3 hours. As soon as it is turned ON, I am getting the same error message within half an hour time. I went to the Chennai service center where I got the replacement mobile and asked about this inquiry . The customer care said that it is software problem they will update it in few min. After getting update from service center I am facing the sae problem. Again I informed the service center regarding the same issue. They informed that due to festival holidays shop will be closed so you have to contact near LAVA service center near Arakkonam. I went Lava service center at Arakkonam and meet the service person regarding this issues. He simple says that "without warranty we are not supposed to do the service for your mobile and kindly take the mobile." Then I informed to Chennai service person regarding this, he also spoke to the Arakkonam service center but they didn't responded to this. Atlast I hand over my mobile on Chennai service center where I got replacement on last Monday (4 Jan 2016), The customer care informed that kindly handover the mobile and give me some days, I will check with another battery and provide you a solution. I call today (7 Jan 2016) and ask about the status of the phone they said that your sample phone battery is not available. May I know how this problem will get solved. Can you provide me a exact time, else kindly replace the good phone with exact working condition. I would like to provide you a 1st Warning regarding this. If you not responding and providing a good solution, I will raise the compliant on consumer court. Hopefully this might not happen in future. Regards Vijayakumar C A +[protected]

                                    Hello Lava / Xolo,

                                    Good Day!!

                                    You have informed that you need 4 days to resolve the Battery over temperature issues. But when I spoke to the Chennai service center yesterday (11 Jan 2015) they informed me that the problem was not resolved. More over it is problem on board might be.

                                    If suppose this issues was resolved and you give me the same phone, how assure you that no other problem will created, if it is create who will take the responsibility for this.

                                    This phone already having Battery temperature problem, touch problem, internal memory problem.

                                    I would like to inform you that kindly give me good XOLO brand phone with working condition and charger too.

                                    Looking forward your positive reply soon.

                                    May I know, how many days will you take to resolve this issues? I submit the phone last Monday (4 Jan 2016) Now the date is 12 Jan 2016. Kindly give me a exact date on this, so that I'm not disturb you again and again. Else replace the New XOLO phone no need LAVA and all.

                                    If you would like to provide the same phone, Kindly rectify all those problem "Battery temperature problem, Touch Problem, Internal memory problem."

                                    I'm not like to disturb you again and again regarding this issue, hope you understand. once you provide a quality phone this problem will solved.

                                    Thanks for your support to solve the issue on Lava Iris phone.

                                    As I was little busy on other works, I will collect the hand phone possible today i.e. 20 Jan 2016. Hope no other problem will come again.

                                    I would like to request to give the mobile phone with charger so that I can charge with correct charger and not getting the compliant again and again.
