I ordered for la pinoz pizza through zomato. It priced Rs. 348.75 . I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. I selected the otp option. Otp was sent to my mobile. I enterrd the otp but the order was not placed and cash was debited from my account.
I again clicked for otp and order was placed. But again cash of Rs. 348.75 was debited from my account. If you could please look into this. Thank you.

Ordered food at 11 am from khandelwal tiffin service on zomato, received the order at 1pm, after waiting for 2 hours what i get is the completely wrong order.
Hi I have ordered a food in the process of payment i paid through card so from my card money detected but food doesn't place Order so please give back my money or add into my ZOMATO app
I ordered from zomato worth 117.5 inr and my transaction failed before placing order and money got deducted and not got refunded ..plz do something ..
I am a online order mutton curry. But mutton in bad and wrongly

    Hello team,

    I have called the zomato support person ([protected])for refund that was initiated previously for my food order missed one item which I didn't get my refund back so I registered complaint for the refund then I got a mail with the mentioned phone number from the zomato to resolve the issue then I called that person he asked the bank details.


    Then the zomato support person is a fraud who have stolen 20000 rupees from my account. Kindly get my money back also I will register complaint to police.

    i ordered the food and after an hour it is rejected by zomato saying that delivery boy is not assigned so why u accept the order if you dont have delivery boy to deliver the food

      [protected] is the order number.. I ordered for Paneer Chilli Basil Dry and Chicken Chili Basil was delivered by the restaurant. The delivery guy himself was confused with the order. Unlike other orders there was no mention on top if it was veg or non veg. I’m a pure vegetarian and I’m really disappointed. This is a huge mistake and I don’t know if its the restaurant issue who delivered wrong or zomato who conveyed wrong. I need a refund of the complete order

        I have placed order for subway today . The order is confirmed but the zomato staff is calling me to cancel the order as they are not carrying cash to pay to subway .

        So why the cash on delivery option is available . This is a harassment to the customer, after half hour of confirmed order I am getting such call .

        If you can’t provide proper service then why are u taking orders .

          I have ordered from zomato app from Blue Nile hotel camp pune. Payment is also deducted but hotel is saying that the have not received any order. Can you please assist to get my amount refund. How this can be happen while zomato is famous app for food delivery. Please do something on it and help me to get my money back. And also improve the payment method and delivery methods.

            Order placed on Zomato

            Order to Hammered Exchange, NEW BEL Road
            Date placed : 15Jul18

            Zomato website shows order sent to restaurant with green circle and awaiting confirmation. After it was 5min. approx. for confirmation i call Hammered exchange restaurant number given on Zomato against my order. No response from Hammered exchange over call and it used to get disconnected. I started chat session with Zomato. They could not respond order status for 15min. I received call from Zomato saying they did not forward order to restaurant, i asked them to forward it, their response was they do not have the facility to forward. I asked them if my order will be delivered or what will happen to my order which is paid already. I suggested them to cancel and refund the payment which they immediately agreed.

            No explanations are given as to why the order did not get processed.

            I have had problem with Zomato in past too, i do not recommend Zomato service.

                  I ordered in Surya Lunch Home from zomato. I did the payment through my debit card, Rs 270 got debited from my account. An error occurred while ordering and no order number and no confirmation msg received. The order was not placed but I lost my money.
                  I did not get my money back and customer care number not connecting.

                  This is a very common complaint against Zomato. Shameful behavior of taking money from the account and due to failure on their side, about which customer can not do anything, claim that they can't complete the order as though it were the customer's fault. Money has been taken from our account, Zomato must then take immediate responsiblity to correct and prevent such a thing from re-occurring - telling us "surely we will refund in 5-7 days due to RBI regulations" is lazy garbage as though we were sitting on a mountain of money like the comfy Zomato executives must be. Utterly lousy approach to customers from Zomato.

                    I ordered food from zomato which was delivered burnt and overcooked i immediately contact the zomato about the concern that the food is not eatable at all but they people are not providing any appropriate resolution i told him that pick up the food and initaite my refund but they are not giving any response at all.                       I had ordered from KFC and total bill was 283 Rs. Zomato had provided me a coupon after applying that coupon the total amount showed 165Rs on screen. When i make the payment i get a message from bank saying 283 rs is deducted. When contacted customer care they say they dont know why it happened and cant help.

                      I dint expect zomato to cheat like this. Will never ever order again from zomato and also will spread this message to all. For lil money you are loosing ur reputation and also business.

                        My friend ordered schezwan veg fried rice and veg soup for dinner From zomato app, restaurant name- Shalimar sweets & bakers as he was hosting a dinner for us. I am a pure vegetarian and food delivered to us was chicken fried rice . Since i wasnt aware i ate and found it had chicken pieces. It has totally Shattered my sentiments as a pure hindu.

                        Earlier on 2nd july this same incident happened and i didnot get any revert on this.
                        I gave zomato a second chances. And biggest disappointment is the resolution that we get if we contact their support. Refund is their ultimate resolution to every sin/ failure in providing quality services.
                        It was painful to read the chat responses from support team where i was given extremely cold statements with no heed to the sensitivity of the matter

                          However when you app is stating 1686 on the transaction page.

                          You have deducted 1799 from paytm at the time of transcation.

                          It is fraudulent activity that showing something and charging something from the customer.

                          I really regret taking it.

                            I ordered on zomato on 09/07/2018 and tried paying through lazypay and it wss giving me error code like "100". When checked the lazypay account could see more than 6 transactions where amount got credited to zomato which was confirmed by customer care of lazypay but last order i placed was on 5th July and my mobile number associated with zomato is [protected]

                              I just ordered two pizzas in la pinoz from zomato. I did the payment through my debit card.Rs 195 got debited from my account but there occurred an error in order confirmation . The order was not placed but I lost my money. My money wasn't payed back to me. When will I get my money back? I tried it twice and my money was debited once. If you can please look into it.

                                  we are sorry to inform you that the order supplied today vide order no as mentioned above was so bad that we could not able to use it and the whole order was got wasted.
                                  We tried to contact the shop name " janaab" located in gurugram, dlf phase 4 but unfortunately they didn't responded in positive manner and rudely asked us to contact the zomato who is the simply supplier.
                                  Now i request you to kindly look into the serious matter and convey us the action taken by you at the earliest,

                                    I booked an order for food delivery on 8th July at Jaipur through ZOMATO APP and made payment by Credit Card bu Zomato did not confirmed /delievered my food order even though amount is debited from my Bank Account. The display on my mobile was BAD GATEWAY. Zomato should refund my amount and apologize. This is freaud. How it is possible to not deliever order when payment is done.

                                      One of the poor service ever had in my life that too in a international company worst servers and worst customer support there is no customer respect and they won't bother if anyone is leaving from Zomato if I ask they says I can't do anything now I lost my money if I ask to give back they said it will take a week to reflect iam posting this in all social medias no one should be cheated.

                                      I have ordered From Kokan Tadka total amount was 198 but order is decline and now this showing that I will get refund within 2-7 days but Kokan Tadka offer is only till Sunday 8th July kindly refund my amount before that
                                      I ordered food from a place called nazeer.. I already paid from paytm but the item wasn't available so i need my money back.
                                      This is a very common complaint against Zomato. Shameful behavior of taking money from the account and due to failure on their side, about which customer can not do anything, claim that they can't complete the order as though it were the customer's fault. Money has been taken from our account, Zomato must then take immediate responsiblity to correct and prevent such a thing from re-occurring - telling us "surely we will refund in 5-7 days due to RBI regulations" is lazy garbage as though we were sitting on a mountain of money like the comfy Zomato executives must be. Utterly lousy approach to customers from Zomato.
