I raised shifting request in ACT website for the relocated address which is roughly within 2 km from old address. Till now I didn't get any help for shifting and I am following up each and every day with customer care for help. Each time they told they will help today but of no use till now.     Raised requests to shift ACT Connection on Friday 8-2-24, was supposed to get connected by 10-2-24, it's 13-2-24 today still not connected.
    Unable to work, paid for full months internet..
    Rejected ticket stating incorrect documents, I hv uploaded salesdeed and also possession paper of flat. Why is it still taking time.
    They disconnect calls when we try to reach them

      I have paid the internet connection bill for a period of one year.Now they have generated a bill.for OTT charges for which also I have paid in advance. Since there billing system is produced in adavance they have generated a bill for next month and now I'm told to pay the advance bill otherwise thay gone a suspend my internet connection. How can they disconnect internet connection if they have pending advance bill for the next month

        I have been facing frequent internet disconnection problems right from the time I took ACT. Service engineer informed me that the junction box is in a driving school (next building). The shop owner switches it off and that's why my internet goes off for 5-6 hours daily. Looks like your field engineer didn't set up the box inside my building during installation.

        I gave a disconnection request but Arun from your company cancelled it and created a ticket for reconnection. I DID NOT raise a reconnection request. Field engineers came to my premises and they said installation of junction box inside my building is not possible. My internet is not working from Friday and I am unable to work. I want to go for cancellation. Refund the money for remaining 5 months. I want my money back.

          There is some refund pending from ACT. I am from Chennai, called customer care more than 15 times they were not fully help to resolve the refund process. Still this is lending from last month Dec 2023.

          Refund amount: RS 2693 INR

          I was raised refund request in the above account, ACT team were telling amount was sent to bank. I was also share them bank statement for same. Still no response from them.

          I am mad about, why ACT holding my amount. Next plan to send them legal notice.

            internet was not working from 3rd december, but after considering and giving time to the service provider i have raised a complaint on dec11th and no one turned up to resolve the issue also i called the customer care
            but no responsefrom them but i get a default answer of floor manager will call back .
            but the act end users in my area was getting internet....

                  It has been more than 10 days since we had internet connectivity, the customer care is non responsive, after my complaint in the app the resolution date keeps pushing one day after the other. This is so unfair to working individuals who depend on wifi for a living. Why does ACT have such a bad customer service?

                    ACT | Poor Service Support

                    I have been a customer awaiting a solution to " Internet Not Working " " Slow Speed " issues for the last 5 days Dec 14 till today ( Dec 21). I'm patiently waiting yet for the issue to be resolved. But, the tickets are getting closed as resolved with no proper solution and i have to re-open it, . The ETR gets updated the next day every time.

                    No technician takes the responsibility, I have to call them to get some updates. Next...

                    From dec4 internet connection is down and I have raised complaint. No one is properly responding called several times to call centre. Standard message I will receive is 48 to 72 hours they require. internet connection is working for nearby houses. It is unfortunate to see ACT no one takes responsibility to call customer and appraise what exactly issue is. When I see my status in app standard message saying that 7:30 to 9:00 AM OR 19:30 to 21:00 where no one will work actually since timings are out of office hours they will fix. Till now nothing happened

                      Slow speed - multiple complaints raised - not solved yet

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      My act fibernet speed is 90 to 100mbps. I was promised a 450 mbps plan and paid the amount too. I raised the complaint on 7th december 2023. Instead of solving the issue, the service team closed the complaint by the day end. I have raised multiple complaints/service requests (Details enclosed below).                           I have called ACT Fibernet Bengaluru to install their services in my Flat which is situated at Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru. I had selected a package where 3 months subscription need to be paid in advance which was INR 4, 195. I paid the amount along with the documentation and my Prospect ID is[protected]. The service guy came and found out that there is some structural issue and asked me to break the wall for the connection. I denied as breaking the wall, repair and paint it will cost me. I called the engineer and asked them that I don't want to go ahead with the connection and need a refund. He (Sachin) confirmed that within a week I will get my refund. Post that he started avoiding my calls and even blocked me. I wrote the incident in Twitter and tagged @ActFibernet. Somebody from their office called me and I again explained them the entire situation. The person empathized and assured me that within 3-4 days, they will issue the refund. Now it's been 2 weeks from Day 1 and there is no response from anyone in ACT Fibernet. I think they duped me INR 4, 195. I feel cheated and wondering how can ACT Fibernet can do this taking somebody's money in advance and now not refunding the money and harassing by not even responding. Please help me to get my money back

                            Internet was interrupted from 2 December, till now it was not resolved, No proper response from ACT simply postponing the days of resolving the issue. I have paid the current month due as well, ACT is not refunding nor not resolving the issue. Worst service EVER . Not picking up the call, if we mail, customer care person saying that it will be resolved on high priority, but they really don't know the meaning of high priority. We are paying for 30days and almost 12days gone without internet.

                              Lot of tickets had been raised through ACT app. Customer care is the worst - nobody cares to pick the phone.
                              The resolution is very delayed. In current era without internet, how can we work? If a bill is unsettled or settled lately, ACT is fining the customers but when internet is not working for many days or intermittent connection issues were faced, they are not ready to provide waiver.
