AI188 from TORONTO to DELHI on Sept 9th

Direct 14 hrs flight. On sept 9th from TORONTO to Delhi. AI188. Broken seat, broken TV, broken food table. Air India - did not refund for the journey they canceled

Summary: Air India canceled their flight from Amritsar to Kolkata due operational reasons. Cost was Rs.45790. After repeated refund requests, received two part payments totalling Rs.12220 only.

Missing luggage in alliance air flight 9I643

This is to submit that my silver grey colour baggage weighing 15 kgs went missing in alliance air flight 9I643 dt 9 Sep 22. I alongwith my wife boarded 2130h flight from T3 terminal Delhi for Jaipur. We were very much in time for check in. Two baggages were checked in at the counter. After deplaning at Jaipur, only one baggage was received and other baggage as described above went missing. Not refunding the cancelled ticket amount of 4995

I booked 2 tickets of ₹4995 each on 4th September of flight of air india from
New Delhi to Bangalore for 4th nov.
And I cancelled that ticket on 5th September due to some reasons.
It was written that the full amount will be refunded back that is ₹9990
But the next day they refunded only ₹4995 that is the among of only one ticket.
After that I called them many a times saying that I have not received...

Refund not received, waiting since 40 days

I'm Naresh Virothi, and I'm a big fan of AirIndia. You know what, since I started traveling abroad in 2017 to date (more than 10 times), I have only chosen AirIndia, and had never thought about the other airlines. And now I regret it.

Sir,

On 25/08/2022, I had tried booking of tickets for myself and for my son (Vikrant Kumar Mishra) for Air India flight, from Delhi to Bengaluru at 2115 Hrs from Delhi on 31/08/2022 (AI-504).

During the process I paid through online SBI banking and payment got deducted from my SBI bank account but I didn't get the confirmation and tickets from Air India. SBI Bank transaction reference No- IGAOENVPO8.

Reminder 2nd Time - Delay of Refund though requested a long time back?

Unnecessary charge for baby baggage

As per my tickets through United airlines ( Cleveland to Nagpur and return Nagpur to Cleveland ) United airlines Confirmation Number O041NC and (airindia PNR -2RGDVC) i am allowed to take bady baggage but air india charges Rs 6300/- for 10kg .
Please arrange my refund amount which looted from me at Nagpur airport in Maharashtra....

Never Received Refund

I booked a flight for my mother in March 2022, which I had to cancel for some reasons. As per the policy, I canceled this flight a month ago before the due date. I have called Air India many times. Every time customer service agent tells me that they have submitted the request. 5 months have been passed. I still have not received airline ticket refund. I had very bad experience with this company....

Flight AI 126 poor service

Sorry to say, but Air India on board service is pathetic, very poor customer service and flight attendants don’t even respect customers.
And not to talk about ground staff, that is worst.

I am traveling on AI 126 Chicago Delhi, business class 8A seat.

Atleast expect them ask me for glass of water.

Not sure what to say, being frequent traveler on almost all airlines and executive platinum...

Air India - Medical reimbursement not issued

Hi Team,

My father Solirajan worked in Air india and did service for 32 years, recently he passed away and we asked for medical reimbursement as he was eligible. We submitted all the medical documents to the the Chennai medical dept team (Air India - Meenambakkam office. Its been past 8 months and we are yet to get the amount. We had submitted two medical documents from 2 hospitals.

Very bad service!...

Wrong Information Given by customer care

On 3rd August I booked my flight from Delhi to UK for 24th September, 2022. Flight no 58G6HW. I contacted the customer care service on the same day before booking my flight to enquire about student baggage allowance. The said customer care told me that a 23kg bag is allowed when you show your student visa over the counter. They did not tell me that the allowance is no longer available as it was post 31st July, 2022.

Refund - Website Flipping Dates 19 Aug to 18 Aug 2022

We had written several emails the Air India but there was no response from the Air India Airlines.

Booking Reference No. UG9TBG
Date: 17 Aug 2022.

The Air India Representative asked to email the video clipping where the dates are flipping on their website.

Air India needs to provide Refund of Rs 5, 955/-, as the booking ticket came with the wrong date due to Air India Website Flipping dates...

I had booked a flight (PNR NOGN5T) from Bangalore- Delhi- Paris- Birmingham. Bangalore air India airport authority issued all the 3 boarding passes on 24th August 2022 and I travelled to Delhi. I was rescheduling my Air India travel ticket from 10th March 2022 to 10th Feb 2022 . Transaction has failed but money got deducted from my bank account . They didnt issue the ticket as well. I went to Air India office Coimbatore and paid again and got the ticket issued.

Air India Seat Booking Amount not Refunded for rescheduled ticket

Hi,

I booked air India ticket for 10th March 2022 and selected seats by paying additional amount 5200 INR. Due to personal reason I rescheduled the ticket by visiting Air India Coimbatore Office and availed free seats during rescheduling. Original amount that was paid for seat booking was not refunded for me and my daughter who travelled with me. I have raised a complaint with Air India but no refund happened after 6 months....
