Harassment and not compensating for delayed flight

Hi there,

This complaint is against Air india's unprofessional behavior at Delhi Airport Service desk for not taking responsibility and not compensating for their delay.

My original flight was from Melbourne to Delhi, (UL 605 & UL191), on 4th Dec 2022, via change over in Colombo, but the flight from Colombo was cancelled and the new flight given was Air India(AI284), for Colombo to Delhi.

Phenomenally High Fates on Leh-Delhi Route

Address: Sai Defence Systems Private Limited 79/4,YashodhamEnclave, Level 1,Prashant Nagar,Ajni,Nagpur-440015

On 1st Dec"22, I booked a flight though an agency for Leh-Delhi Route. But the rate difference were too high i.e Rs.33, 267/-. Normal Rates for this route are around Rs.5, 000/-.

Phenomenally High rates are found for Air India Flight Tickets on Route Leh-Delhi. It is extremely difficult in situation where these rates are reaching levels above. Ministry of Civil Aviation should look into this matter as this may lead to Black...

Money deducted but didn't receive ticket

I had tried to book airindia flight tickets online and made payment of Rs.7675 through SBI UPI to Air India bill desk at 11.47 am, but tickets are not booked and amount has been deducted from my account. kindly refund the amount as soon as possible or else i would have take strict actions towards billdesk.com and complain about it in consumer forum. Paid seat changed by airline staff

Hi Team,

I had three passages and one infant boarding flight AI0864 on 27th Nov 2022. All the passengers had opted for paid seat and booked in advance. The air India staff changed the seats on purpose saying that those seats are already booked. All the three family members were given different seats. Air India - Overcharge of Rs 25,100 for 2nd checked bag

To whomsoever it may concern,

I travelled thru air India flight Flight number :AI 126 Dated :Oct 5, 2022 from Chicago to New Delhi with 1 checked bag.
I checked with Air India staff at the airport at Air India counter on my way out about the number of checked bags allowed on my return ticket.

Regarding Full Refund of Booking

Booked flight ticket from Jodhpur to Delhi on 19 November 2022. Money debited from my account but didn't recieve any confirmation email. When I called air india customer care, they told that the PNR number have been generated and I will get confirmation email within 2 hrs but now my ticket have been auto cancelled.

Complaint about wheelchair employees at New Delhi airport

My mother's travelled to Bhubaneswar from SFO, USA via Delhi in AirIndia(AI 174). She's reached at Delhi is on Nov 14th at 3.30PM. We requested for wheel chair and its approved by AI also. couple of wheel chair people came and demanded Rs 10, 000/- or $100/-. Many senior citizens refused to pay. Overcharged for excess Baggage

Hi Team

My sister Farah Deeba travelling from Patna to Amritsar with Air India Flight No. AI0408 on 21 Nov22 PNR No.5VYM8A was overcharged for excess Baggage weight as mentioned in Air India website for every extra KG is 600 plus GST but she was charged 3700 RS her Baggage weight exceeds 3KG more.

We prefer to fly with Air India but the services given by the ground staff makes us to rethink about coming back to Air India

Refund amount not transferred to us

We booked flight for my family of 5 people with Air India for travel on 6/11/2021 from chicago to vijayawada. The airlines canceled the trip due to covid restrictions and they announced the amount will be refunded in full. But the amount was never refunded. The total amount that need to be refunded is $5389.25.

Partial refund given even when the flight was cancelled by Air India

I booked Air India tickets SINGAPORE TO UDAIPUR (Singapore to Delhi & Delhi to Udaipur) on 4th May'2022. Refund not being paid back

Only one ticket refunded of the 2 booked

Only one ticket refunded of two tickets refunded.
I was told in September that only one ticket feed back had been completed. Two amounts of money over £700 each should be refunded only one received.
Contacting customer care ( who don’t care) where I have been informed the claim is being processed, to it had been repaid.
This has caused a lot of stress as Air India will not tell me the amount that has been repaid...
