without delivering the product, delivery guy marked it as delivered!

I ordered pampers monthly pack on 15th July 2019, on 17th July the delivery guy entered my society but without delivering he left, i got the message on my mobile, when i called him he said it is delivered, i said no. Then called customer service the lady called payal denied to lodge a complaint.my concern is without giving the product how can you mark it as delivered!! If it's a mistake I don't buy it.please do something on delivery service....

amazon india delivery fraud

I got message or email today (17th july 2019) at 11:52 a. M that the product has been delivered but that's a lie. I have called the delivery person he confirm my address. The delivery person trying to make fool. He asking sir ghar kha hai apka, kaise pauchna hai, number apka nhi lag rha tha maine 10 se jyada baar call kia bla bla bla...
I got message also package was handed directly to the customer. Amazon is totally fraud....

complaint about delivery boy balu. his number is 7981141885

The delivery boy named balu's behaviour was very very rude when he came to deliver conditioner at d 305 sobha oman topaz, sarjapur main road, bangalore 560102. He used rude words like "to help with you". This is just for the simple reason that i did not have change with me. He has not having any change to give which is not acceptable.
Please take strict action against him so that other customers do not face similar problems....

product purchased is not reached to me

I have ordered a product from amazon india online with order #[protected]. I waited for about a month and started following with amazon. Finally i got a reply saying that, the product was delivered to mr. Shirke. They shared me evidence of same.
I have inquired at our premises about mr. Shirke but i don't see anyone.

I cannot login in my account. After entering password it says incorrect password. They say it's on hold. I have no problem in that but i have money in my amazon pay. I have not given a charge dispute form from bank branch

my complain is that my money is refunded from amazon but not credited in my account

failed to deliver the product and not returning the money to original source
