Surya stove was supplied to me with broken parts on 18th July 2019 with a promise of 10 day return. The defective stove was rejected by me and Amazon scheduled 7 pickup dates with the assurance that refund will be made after completing pickup process. The pickup was never done and hence refund also not given. Request Refund....

missing items in the order

prime membership renewal

It has been more than a week since i renewed my membership for prime.. Money has been debited but membership has not been renewed. The same issue has been addressed multiple times via chat options with customer care executive who was least helpful. Call backs were requested twice but we're not available. The money has not been credited back to the account as well....

not delivering products via cash on delivery (cod)

Why amazon isn't delivering any order by COD (Cash On Delivery) method???? This needs to get fixed... I used to order my gadgets and phones from amazon before but after they ditched the cod, i didn't order a single thing... Even the small e-commerce companies deliver products by cash-on-delivery...i wonder why a gaint company like Amazon ditched the cod... Please fix this... From Srinagar, J&K......

I have cancelled a order on amazon india because of wrong shipping address on[protected] and according to them the refund is initiated on the same day. I should have got the amount by[protected], but sadly the amount is still not credited. I need to know the refund status and get the refund back to my account.. duplicate mobile sold by amazon

I purchased nokia handset from amazon, after few months handset stopped working when it was taken to service center they refused to repair the handset, they said it is a duplicate handset. I raised this complain to amazon india nothing has been done by amazon except false commitment. Brand like amazon is selling duplicate handset how can somebody trust other ecommerce sites....

I ordered a fossil smartwatch. After delivery, when i opened the box, there was no watch and charging cradle, just user manual.
After complaint, they investigated and said that there is no fault from seller or delivery side and indirectly blaming me for the missing item.

amazon account hacked and details changed

My account linked to amazon profile got hacked and hence the it is also hacked and i am not able to login to my profile.
I tried login using otp but the phone number has also been changed.

Please help me to get my account back.
I only have access to it through the prime videos app as my device is authorised.

I tried reaching to customer care but for no use. Atleast block this account or delete it...

defective whirlpool ac delivered. amazon not coming to pick up the product or giving refund for the defective product

I bought whirlpool ac worth 40, 999 on amazon. The product delivered ks defective. Though i raised a return pick up request, no one has come to pick up the product. Even after calling them repeatedly for pick up they are not coming to pick up.
