far too delayed delivery

my order delivery was supposed to arrive on 7th february but courier facility forgot to deliever. i contacted customer care regarding this issue. they assured me the delivery on 11th february. and i got a call from courier facility that they forgot to carry the package. same thing happened on saturday. i took holiday just for this delivery. this irresponsible behaviour certainly doesnt fit in amazon policy....
