Worst Service Ever Seen.

I have placed mobile in amazon.That was the biggest mistake that i have done. 1. After 20 Days of order placed.When i called them, Due to arrival of incorrect facility the order has been cancelled and they asked me to file Ato Z claim. 2. After filing AtoZ claim also I did not received my money back even today.Every time i call them, they are giving some worst explanations on the earth....
