KYC rejected due to delivery address not matching with provided KYC

I have repeatedly completed my KYC, shared college Id card and hostel fee receipt( Delivery address proof) along with Aadhar and PAN card but they keep rejecting it saying that the delivery address does not match. My AWB Number / Shipment tracking Number is [protected] .Also mailed the issue at [protected]@aramex.com but got no response. Please look into the matter and resolve this as soon as possible...

Kyc getting rejected again and again and again

Ordered shoes from Nike.com. Aramex is handling their delivery!! Submitted all required files needed for kyc and mailed them the required kyc details to their consigned email id to but it's still showing kyc pending...

Kyc getting rejected again and again

Hey hi, have placed an order with nike.com. Aramex is handling their delivery..have uploaded proper kyc documents and even mailed them the kyc documents to their respective email ID..I'm not getting a proper response from them.. and it is still asking me to upload kyc documents this is very bad...

KYC Rejection Issue

Same problem that everyone else is facing always. KYC rejection even after submitting documents asked by them. This is a ridiculous company and service. There is no customer care number. There is no email id. Folks on twitter say the customer team is looking into it and will revert, but they never have and they never will i suppose.

What is one supposed to do in this case? How is the company allowed to function after repeated...

Regarding kyc

I am upload my kyc repeatedly but yet getting messages from Aramex that my adress doesn’t match with delivery (but adress, city, district, PIN code all details are same there )

I want to return my product

I have order a pair of Nike shoes from Nike website as the address I have mention while ordering didn’t match my address mentioned on personal documents.

Aramex is not delivering my product. I have order shoes for my younger sister birthday and now it too late to gift her.

That is the reason I want initiate return of my Nike product.

In these case they are telling me they won’t initiate...

Kyc rejected as it doesn't match consignee name even after valid corrections.

Address: Thoppumpady Kochi 682005

After providing the broadband bill with proper name listing as they have mentioned as alternative method as my aadhar address and details are different from my current address still verification failed multiple times ....

Customer support and website not responding/working

I send roughly 700 parcels per year via Aramex dropbox and this past year we are constantly struggling to reach them. The service is usually not to bad with about a 1% complaint rate from our clients, but when there is a complaint which I have had 3 of this past week it is a nightmare. The Aramex website constantly does not want to load our support tickets and since yesterday they have implemented a new security captcha system which now does...

I have ordered nike shoes and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail which I did more than 6 times with valid id and address proof but it's still getting rejected because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents but I’ve submitted the rental agreement along with it. KYC Clearance for Customs on Shoe order from Nike

Shipment no. [protected] is not being delivered and awaiting KYC clearance. Have submitted the required documents at least 6 times over the last few days. The KYC team keeps rejecting stating name mismatch. Where as all documents have the same name letter by letter. Have followed up with chat support, email and phone. No responses on resolution and everyday calls are sent to upload the documents all over again.

No response PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have ordered an item and i have been asked to upload my kyc document through sms and mail. I have uploaded my kyc but has always been rejected everytime i submitted. And i have been receiving messages that i have to upload my kyc to clear my order. As i have ordered using my short name and does not match the name on my id cards. What should be done in this case? Continuous rejection of KYC form due to mismatch of delivery address

Address: DN 115 Street Number 5 neredmet near ramalayam temple

I ordered Nike shoes to clear the shipment they are asking kyc which I sent three times and it has been rejected 3 times only thing is in the government I'd there is no street number because street numbers are given recently for colony please look into this issue....
