I have been forced to pay a 50 rupee luggage fee for a piece of luggage I am carrying even though I have only 2 pieces of luggage. I am attaching the bill below. I need a refund/resolution for this immediately....

The Route MBS-8 should ply through Cox town and the buses usually ply through either IOC flyover or ITC flyover mostly skip the Cox town bus stop. pls make sure the buses follow the designated route and ply through Cox town...

I had to travel from Banashankari to Jaynagar 4th block at 3.35 pm on 10th June, 2023. I was not aware that the ticket costs rs 5. I gave rs 10 and the conductor abused me with harsh kannada words just because I did not have the change. This was really offensive.
The conductor was half bald....

Travelling from Airport to Bellanduru, On Vayu Vajta bus number KA57F2380 on 7th June 2023, I unfortunately faced the rude behaviour of the bus conductor, who about to alight me down at the airport stretch towards my destination, since for my UPI not working (server down) after 2 failed attempts, I unfortunately didn't have the sufficient cash too.. I was travelling from Majestic to Marasandra apartments on 29.05.2023.
The incident happened around 8.00AM
I handed over Rs. 50 which included two one Rs.20 note, one Rs 10 note, and two Rs. 10 coin. He refused to accept the 10 rupee coin.

The bus number KA57F 2456 plying to Kaudukodi, hit my car and went away without stopping. This happened at 7:42pm near cosmos mall. The driver was very rash in the heavy traffic and he was cornering me from left to right. I was in the right lane only. The bus driver suddenly changed lane and damaged my car. There would be more than 25 members waiting at Doddaballapur Railway Station to travel to Bangalore between 6:20am to 6:30am and we are finding very difficult to travel in regular BMTC as it takes very long to reach the destination and KSRTC express buses which comes from Hindupur and Gowribidanur will be fully packed and no space for us to get in.

On behalf of many commuters i am requesting the BMTC management to provide Vajra...

Vajra Buses KA 57 F 1348 & KA 57 F 1114 both buses won't stop at Maharani college bus stop even if we show hand to stop. They move very fast from the right side of the road without even bothering that commuters would be waiting at Maharani college bus stop.

The incident happened in 283E bus today evening by the conductor and driver( veeresh and murugesh)
As the bus did not stop I the usual bus stop specified by the department near batrayanpura and aerodrum
I had to get inside the bus in yelhanka signal

The female conductor of this bus is behaving so rudely with non south Indians.She was asking for tickets so rudely didn't even wanted to give me time to open my purse .And she showed finger and pointed as if I'm her slave. Please take some serious action against such rude behaviour....

Good evening, I took a bus from NES Office to Kempegowda Bus Station. The ticket cost me 25 rupees, as I didn't have change, I gave a 100 rupee note and the conductor wrote 75 at the back of the ticket. I forgot to collect the remaining change from the conductor as I was in a hurry to catch the metro. Today I boarded in BUS KA01FA1764 from Spice Garden to IGate Junction. I didn't have the exact fare in cash. So, I tried to pay the fare via Gpay, but the conductor refused, saying that QR code doesn't work.
