wrong deduction or duplicate deductions.

My name is Debapriya Bhowmick holding a bank account with Bank of Baroda(saltlake sec5 branch). By using my debit card of bank of baroda i swiped the card in a shop amount of 1780/-. 1 transation failed and the second was successful. But twice the money got deducted. I complait to the bank. 1st the customer care is horrible they have no information secondly they are not ready to help. more over now they are saying it will take 50days...

Respected concern person, It's very bad to inform you that your services is very unsatisfied. regarding rude behaviour of cashier and clerk

1000 RS RETAINED BY CASH MACHINE

Respected Sir/Madam I had deposited Rs.3000/- at bank of baroda located machine on dated 03.05.2015 but machine accepted only Rs.2000/- and Rs.1000/- has been retained by machine. i had complaint at nanpura(Surat) branch. Sir, I done my recharge through debit card payment for recharging the sundth on yesterday nearly 9pm and it showed that it successfully recharged . cash deposit

today i went to deposit the funds in the bank & the cashier denied to deposit the same, by giving the reason of Network issue. it was urgent to deposit the cash as i had given the cheque to the third party which will get bounce tomorrow, now if the cheque bounces who will bear the charges ? this is o bring you the notice the manager was so rude & they have no customer satisfaction. this is really surprising the way manager talks. i want you...
