Not receiving OTP

Since last 30th March 2015 I am facing of receiving of OTP on my cell phone to operate my net banking. Only on 6th April 2015 it was resolved after complaining to customer care. amount transfered to the account as loan with no prior information.

Amount rupees 165000 been transfered to the account no. [protected] with no information to any member of samuh, also on interaction with bank personals rupees 116653 was been withdrawn by bank. But rupees 48347 still in account as loan and rupees 26000 been deducted from account as loan recovery....
