shoes torn

I am hari, am one of your customer, I have purchased a pair of shoe in a offer 50% @ parrys corner batashow room on 20th may 2015 . With in a day the base of the shoe came seperate. Because of the name bata we are purchased in the show room... but its not worth.. please replace the shoes... kindly do this....

Shoe has broken in less than 2 months

Shoes Defective

bad experience and non cooperation from staff

I had purchased a pair of bellies (BILL NO. 0284)from Bata in karol bagh on 3rd may 2015 before going out of station and the footwear broke on the way itself. As soon as I returned I went to the store in order to file a complaint and demand an exchange. Instead of replacing the product the staff person (Mr. Chauhan) spoke rudely and did not cooperate with us. This has been one of the worst experience for me from Bata. Its sad to say that...

poor quality of shoes.

i had purchased bata men shoe worth rs 1499 in aug 2014. but within 5 days there was problem of sole pasting in right hand shoe. i changed it and got another shoe. but that shoe also had same problem. its pasting had not lasted for 15 days. again i went to your shop, this time they told me that they will repair this shoe. now after 7 months this problem has occurred once again on the same shoe. sole of both the shoes are showing cracks. so...

Cheat by bata store

I have Purchased Bata Vouchers online rs [protected]@ 4 Means Rs 2000, when i went to ur bata store, they said only one voucher can use on one shopping but in back side of voucher, it clearly mentioned that only 4 gift vouchers can be redeemed on single bill, but they refused, pls help & support... i went to ur Gwalior Showroom, Infornt of Central Park Hotel.. It is clearly seems that they are trying to cheat us.. It is not like Bata Brand...

Bata shoe was damage with in 3 months, after complain bata entertaining yet provide any reply or solution

sandle damaged within 1 months

Gift Coupon Expired

Hi, I have ordered for Sandals for my dad..It wasn't fit for him...I sent it back and asked for refund.. They sent a gift coupon for that money to reduce the amount for my next purchase...I tried to use that coupon 13th May and got a info as "Gift Coupon Expired"...
