very poor quality chappals

My son, Avinash, purchased a pair of Bata mens chappals from Chinglepet showroom on 25.6.2015. The Bill No. is 1542 dt.25.6.2015 for Rs. 699/-, the size of the chappal is 10, article no. 8613098. At first he purchased a pair of chappals and my son found it it defective as the stitches were not proper and got cut at the showroom enterance itself. non availability of bonus points and rude behavior of branch manager

worst quality of shoes and customer services

Complaint of not replacing the Defected Products.

Dear Sir, I Mr. Sameer Singh had bought a Bata Chappal/Sleeper of 2 pairs on 14/05/2015 but both of the sleeper got torned after 15 days one of the pair was on 20% discount. So, the agency people are ready to replace one pair only not the other one. While Selling they gave guarantee on replacing the both pair, but now they are not ready to replace the other one.
