Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I lost my mobile handset along with my sim card at iscon temple chandigarh. My mobile no. Was [[protected]] and sim card no. Was[protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

But till date the complained was not solved by them. They were not respond the complained. So many times we had complained but no response we found.

Why bsnl give information of call list without fir i want to know conditions to give call list. I want to know my number call list can give by bsnl office to any one with my signature. I enquire in madanapalle bsnl office they give call list with out fir it is beyond conditions or not. I want give a suggestion to not give call list at any cost to anyreason to their own number too...

I have cancelled my bsnl land-line connection 9months ago and the bsnl officers said that it deposit amount will be transferred to ur account and still i have not received cancellation money to my account, whose in charge of this, bsnl worst service, why all government services take such a long process, as they never hesitate while accepting deposit charges, plz resolve this issue if connection bearing land-line number-[protected]....

And i m facing this noise problem from a very long time. I use to complaint with local bsnl exchange office, but they dont take it seriously.
Not a single time a person from tecnical background with some tecnical knowledge came to see my problem, only a lineman come sometime, drink juice and go away with saying...

Sir tele verification for my bsnl number is not going to happen with when ever tried to call customer care number 1503 for last 2 days it was not going to connected with customer support so could help me out immideatly with my number [protected] the bsnl dealer has given a number 1507 to me and asked to call this number for televerofication but the given number is not working for me for activating my number...

We are tremendously fedup of frequently weak coverage/signals and also weak data signals/range from six months. On each holiday signals remain weak. And starts better on next working day after 10 a. M. When i tried to complaint typical answer is given - "your complaint will be resolved in 24/72 hours". Is bsnl going to extend the days that bsnl is not...

Hi there is an area where the people of central government employees are residing thousands in between newai and utai villages. The bsnl 2g network internet speed is providing very low. All incoming calls to bsnl customers says out of network coverage. Several times had complained to bsnl customer care to provide quality network coverage. But they had provide temporary resolution only. When there is no network coverage to up to the mark then...

My security deposit refund amount was rs. 2705. This amount has been sent to circle office on dated 17.12.18 by bsnl bathinda to circle office. As per bsnl they can't tell about the estimate time of refund number (Even after 09 month of disconnection)
Security money still not refunded even after 09 months after disconnection. Please arrange to refund my security money....

The number of cancer identification in people living nearby is also increasing rapidly.people of this area is not aware and educated about this problem and bsnl is exploiting this benefit. Land line phone is out of order since one month. Kemmannu exchange not receiving the complaints more than 1 month is over. Higher authorities of bsnl are neglet the complaints and repllying rudely. Several times complaints lodged in kemmannu exchange. Now we request waive our telephone bill april and may 2019 month and immediately rectificed the issue....

I bookd a new connection before 20 days. But till now i have not get any service from them. Where their tat is 7days for landline. One of bsnl executives name mr. Sanjoy saha called once and he demanded extra money for connection, when i refused him, there are no initiative for my connection from there end and also local bsnl office support that person ans they ask me directly that they can't give me any services....

Baat krni thi call kre abhi[protected] pe, this type of numerous sms flooding my bsnl mobile inbox from bv - 655522. There are 20 to 25 sms coming daily. Ebery time i delet the massage a new massage pop up which is very annoying. Kindly block them

I was issued a Land Line bill by BSNL on 6th August 2019 for 335/-. I paid the said bill on 6th August itself on line from my SBI account which was confirmed by SBI
Thx for INB txn of Rs.335.0 frm A/c X7916 to BSNL... Ref#IGAGSZMLS3 on 06Aug19. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected].
I checked from BSNL App and noticed that bill of 335/- is still outstanding.
I went to BSNL office today...
