Dear Team,
On 13/09/2016, I booked a ticket in SETC website from Marthandam to Coimbatore for amount Rs.393 with Ref no: GSBI[protected]IG0CRWMJO5 in SBI.

My account got debited but the ticket was not booked.
The amount was not returned back yet.
Kindly do the needful.
I tried calling SETC customer care but no response from them.The number is always busy....

I was trying to make a payment of my hdfc credit card through bill desk, the money got deducted but i wasn't routed to the page where i get the transaction id and all which confirms that they payment has been made. After i hit pay, the page didn't route from standard chartered bank to the payment confirmed page, but the amount got deducted. Please, resolve this as soon as possible. I have attached the transaction screenshot from my net banking...

I effected an on line payment thru www.Vodafone.in on 12.09.2016 for an amount of Rs.242.56 vide ref no : 67847806 with transaction ID GCMP[protected].

The Correct telephone no : [protected] where as I have made it to [protected]. Please reverse the credit else the same can be credited to my telephone no : [protected].

Actually i have been using this billdesk quite a long time...but now now this problem makes me so frustrated that when i make a payment on billdesk whether it is electricity bill or ibps or such competitive exam after making payment two days later extra payment got deducted from my account...why is this happen can anyone explain to me????seriously needed some information..

Sir/ madam, I have applied for aiims 2017 Nov session on 8.9.2016 via internet banking ( axis bank ) through state Bank of India /bill desk portal .immediately my amount 1017.10 rs got debited from my account.but in my application form payment status is still pending . I waited till yesterday night 9.9.2016 whether it will get processed and gets updated .but it's of no value.so in order to make exam centre choice I made payment again rs 1015...

I applied for ibps clerk on 9/09/2016 i paid the money using canara internet banking, transaction failed but money got deducted. i checked again, a dialog box appeared stating money will be refunded, proceed to transaction and i did so, but i didn't got the refund. Please look into the matter.

I have submitted the electricity bill on 7 september 2016, on account of them and thereby the ammount is debited but bill is still pending, then again I deposite bill by bill desk on mpcz website and again debited the ammount from my account but bill is still pending on mpcz website. the transaction details is follows as:

I was buying one new car policy from Bharti Axa general Insurance, while payment was made from my United Bank of India account through Net Banking, no receipt was generated and the amount was deducted from my account. in the next time while I pay again that transaction was successful and receipt generated. In many occation amount was deducted from account but transaction is not success ful, the amount automatically refunded within 5 days....
