Payment error for payment of Rs. 1062/- made for bsnl bill payment

I have entered into a bsnl landline bill payment of Rs.1062/- on 24/11/2016 vide txn. no. BIL/[protected] for landline bill no.[protected]. My Bank A/c will ICICI got debited but transaction showed error and amount not transferred to BSNL.

This amount has not been credited to my bank account with ICICI Bank till date.
Please look into the matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest....

Electricity Bill Fraud
