I have made a online Bill payment of My Telephone No. [protected] on[protected] through BillDesk, but the transaction was declined and no confirmation i have been received. The payment has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account. Now please refund the said amount in my account. My Bank Statement shows the Payment of Rs. 779.

I have made 8 payments of 400 rs each totalling 3200 to tatasky for recharge on 13aug 2016 through mvisa of my sbi account and the money has been debitted from my bank account but i don't got any tatasky account recharge till now neither the amount is been reflected back to my bank account. I have made a complaint in tatasky for that but nothing hapenned till now, they have asked me for my bank statement which i have provided them but still...

I made a payment for my bsnl landline bill through the bill desk payment gateway using icici net banking portal. The tx. Amount is 948.00 but the bsnl merchant didnt receive the money. Please tell me the status of the transaction, whether the money is sent to the bsnl merchant or not. If not please refund my money.

I have made a payment to cesc on 22.08.16 from icici bank a/c through billdesk gateway against my cesc bill cust. id - [protected]. the bill amt. of rs.810.00 has been debited from my bank acct. on 22.08.16, (ref.-bil/[protected]/cesc bill rajib 74/cesc), but i did not received any payment confirmation from cesc or bill desk. my due date of payment to cesc was 23.08.16. kindly confirm whether payment is successful...

Customer id - [protected], consumer no. [protected]. Paid bill on[protected] of rs. 760/- through sbi net banking via bill desk gateway but no transaction slip was generated but the said amount has already been debited from my account.
On[protected] cesc ltd send a message that the transaction was unsuccessful.

Yesterday through bsnl portal with merchant gateway of billdesk i through netbanking of idbi carried out a recharge of 37 to extend the validity of my bsnl no. [protected].

The balance was quickly deducted but the billdesk showed error.

I have since written to billdesk but they have it seems turned a deaf year.

Either please reverse the payment or top up my phone for which the time is running out....

I have paid my Telephone[protected] through billdesk payments using my canara bank ATM debit card(Visa card) on 15/08/2016 an amount of Rs.733.00 and the amount debited from my account. But the payment not received to BSNL.
So I humbly request you to take necessary action to get back my money to my account or the bill to be paid for the above mentioned telephone number...

I made a payment of rs. 1550 through billdesk bpc through icici netbanking towards cesc for electricity bill payment on 14.08.2016. The transaction id for the same is:- [protected].
However, cesc has stated that they have not received any payment. Hence i would like to know the status of the transaction on this account.

I would expect a prompt response as billdesk being known for its high standards for being a platform...

I am to state the an amount of rs.150/- was deducted from my
Account vide transaction no. Billdesk gybk[protected] amazon on 12/8/16 at 14:54:18 from my yes bank a/c. But, amazon has confirmed me that they have not received the amount and as such cancelled the product.
