The product shown in display is different and the product which delivered is different so i want to return my product and want my money because i need a better products than these so please take my return policy it is very nice if you helping me to resolve my problem so please take my complaint and send my money back to me i am very thankful of you...

There are many courier than gets delivered to my address but this particular delivery person demands to comes to point away from office. By the time do comes to the delivery point he suggested he leaves the area saying i was late. At least he should come near the office gate like most delivery people. He just doing for his ease of work. Not considering whether recipient can reqch to him on such short notice. This have happening for couple...

My kihome pillow order with order id - [protected] was to be delivered on 15th july, 2019. I got a message that my order is out for delivery and will be delivered by s amaresh at +91 [protected]. I continuously tried him but he disconnected the call every time and my order status is showing he tried to deliver but my office was closed. My office was open till 7 pm and if it was closed why he didn't call me. Even today he is not picking my call....

The shipment wasn’t delivered saying as prohibited area - Restricted for delivery .
They didn’t even contacted me once to ask for the directions or anything and just sent a simple message to me - ‘prohibited area ‘
How can they do that without contacting me once . I did put a landmark so that they don’t find any difficulty in finding the address .
This is unbearable ....

My particular consignment has not been delivered but i am surprised to see status changes.
There is no call or even an attempt by the delivery person to get in touch and directly changing status to consigne not available is an easiest excuse.
Very bad experience and is happening the 2nd time.
Very keen to see what they change promptly on their status tracker....

This parcel is expected to be delivered on 11/07/2019. But according to puri blue dart courier service is saying to me delivery will be on 15/07/2019. I am dissatisfied for this. Why i will wait for extra 5 days.

Please let me know why i received this message.

I have received a text saying that my credit card will be delivered today but i didn't got any call from any blue dart delivery executive but when i see tracking details it shows that status is c'nee shifted from given address. How come you not contacting the consignee give such status, i want this issue to be resolved asap, and also suggesting to give delivery executive contact details to the consignee....

Dear sir
Icic bank had sent me letter through blue dart courrier service.
The courrier service people called by phone and told they cannot deliver to my place.
I told them to give letter to a shop which is adjacent to the blue dart office.
They have not delivered the letter. I got a message that i am not available.
This is very clearly a irresponsible attitude by the service provider even though i was present.br...

1. I was supposed to receive a package from amazon, which showed out for delivery in your tracking id. I also got a mail regarding item regarding the same. The ref id is [protected]

2. I called up multiple times in the land line number of your local office which went unanswered. At last when the call was picked up the guy asked...

My item with awb no. [protected] was suppose to deliver on 08/07/2019 but simply giving some reason on their website and not delivering my item. The pin code which are mention in address are 100% ok. As per government of india data but some time they simply update it is wrong. Wrong is with blu-dart not with any other. The item was dispatched on 07/07/2019 from gurgaon, haryana india. Service experience was very frustrating to me. I got my highly confidential documents in already opened parcel with delayed by 6 days. Your service is highly insecure and that makes me more anxious. Its very unprofessional.
I will not recommend to other to send your highly secure confidential data with Blue Dart. Even now onward I am going to motivate others not to use your service.

Bluedart cancelled my delivery of axisbank credit card. The shipment has every requirement that policy holds. Bluedart said "department and extension number missing". When personal number of recipient is available why blue dart needs something other.
Ask blue dart to deliver my shipment with in 24 hours.

When i approached the nearest branch, officials are pointing out to some random offices....

My credit card is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 7 and it was supposed to be delivered as on 10july2019 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel to me and i did not call from blue dart. There is no customer service, if i try to customer service number there is no response, they may do fraud transation on my credit card please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis.

Delivery boy not able to find my address and he also didn't make any call for address. Just update at the status online. I find many numbers online through google and call at all numbers but all is invalid. At one number when i call then phone is ringing but no pick my call and i call three times again and again. It is the worst courier service in this city....
